I've always like weapons. If it's sharp, pointy, and has the potential to hurt someone, I like it. Why? I don't even know. I can blame my mother for part of it. She's the one who got me into fantasy stuff. Then, I could always blame my uncle, too. He took me to the renissance fair once and let me play with a few of the swords...that was fun^_^. Anyway, I like weapons, but don't really know the true cause...maybe it has to do with all the video games I play...
