The connection I feel when I hear your voice
Tears deep into my heart.
It pulls out my love for you
I try hard to push it back.
My eyes are the doors into my soul,
They take you deep inside of me
Showing you the soul longing to break free.
My actions close those doors over,
My soul is locked inside.
A tremble of emotion hits those doors hard,
Pounding to be freed,
Your voice pulls on those doors
To free my soul.....
God, how I wish my soul was free
