Here I sit staring at the stars.
Wondering if someone somewhere is staring too.
I think about my feelings.
I think first of love.
Then of happiness.
Then I think to myself.
Why am I thinking of these things.
I have no one in life.
Or do I?
I hold a secret from someone within.
I talk to them cautiously so as not to give a sign.
A sign of what I feel.
What I feel for them is love.
Love is the harshest emotion of all.
It can bring both happyness and sadness.
Yet my heart uses it at a whim.
For why it does this I do not know.
For why it does this to other people I shall not know either.
Could something like this be happening to someone else where.
Right now at this very moment in time.
Time is taken so precious.
Yet it works aginst us all the time.
For why we bend to time I do not know.
Yet some times it feels as if it has stopped.
Stopped for the person I love.
The one I love shall remain unknown.
Tis unknown for I do not know their name.
Yet a name does not matter to the heart.
For all that matters is what it felt from another heart.
For the feelings that I have.
For this person I shall not say.
The more I think of them the happier I am.
Them more I think of how far away they are I shed a tear.
Though the tear is not for sadness.
But for happiness.
For that person does not know my secret.
My secret I shall keep, till the time is right.
