So yeah, I got Pokemon Diamond and Pearl last night. xd The original plan was for me to go and get them this afternoon by going in like 3 or 4 hours before I had to go to work at Wal-Mart. But then my friend who works in the department next to me suggested that since she was working the early shift today, she could come pick me up in the morning, and then I could go buy them. So then, the new game plan was to go there at 8 o'clock this morning, buy the games, then have my brother pick me up for church. Well, then I found out I might have been able to get them at midnight last night, so that became the 3rd plan (I liked that plan the best because it didn't involve me having to get up early, lol).
I was so nervous and excited during work; I could barely concentrate. xd When it came time to leave, I even forgot to clock out from work and ended up clocking out later when I realized it! gonk sweatdrop Hopefully I won't get in trouble for that, and if I do, I'll explain the situation, and they can just give me a time adjustment. 3nodding ninja
But the hardest part was waiting the hour in between 11 and 12, lol. I was pacing around Electronics and stalking the workers, lol. xd We had to go into the back and find them in Electronics' overstock bin. They were in a box, still wrapped up. I felt kind of illegal unwrapping them back there, lol. Then I got escorted to the register and paid for them. xd I ended up getting 2 copies of Diamond (one for me, and one for my brother) and 1 copy of Pearl (one for me and my husband). Right now, we're trading over a bunch of starters so we can all have all 3 of the starters, lol.
I can't wait to start trading, battling and voice-chatting with all of you! heart Anyways, it's time to go, so I'll see you guys later! whee
