Finding excitement in the simplest things.



Moving :(! My roommate told me today that the apartment office called. Apparently they've decided to turn our building into condos. They're moving us (my two Korean roommates and I) to another building for free, and we get one month free of rent in the new apartment. Eventually, however, the new apartment we move to will be turned into condos also (perhaps 5-10 years down the line, but I have to ask about it). I've got a friend who's moving out of a two bedroom apartment into an efficiency, and he's sure the landlords will need someone to rent the 2 bedroom. If we move there, it would be more long term. At least we wouldn't have to worry about being pushed out again.
