Gahhhh!!!!! stressed stupid, stupid STUPID AOL!!!!! Huh, today my internet went down, I tried all the usual s**t to get it up and running but no luck.. So I had to do it.. *scream* I had to phone the dreaded AOL helpline. (Though why they call it a help and advice line is beyond me)

It took me ages to get through, then when I finally got to talk to someone I couldn't understand the guys accent and had to keep asking him to repeat everything, (frustrating for him and me) then after a plethora of button pressing he decided he couldn't fix it afterall and transfered me to the next level of technical support.

Now everytime I've EVER had a problem and had to phone this dreaded help(less) line they have ALWAYS faffed for before transfering me to the next level.. so my question is this "Why have the first level at all?? They obviously can't fix anything."

Anyway back to my rant... blaugh stressed He put me on hold for HALF AN HOUR!! I had to listen to crappy music and a crappy automated voice saying... "blah blah did you know you can also contact our help staff online?!!!!!!!" If I could get on f***ing line you dizzy bint I wouldn't be caling to fix my internet now would I???........ *breathes*........ *breathes again...s l o w l y....* eventually I got to speak to someone and she helped reset my router.... but it took nearly an hour altogether and the helpline is 7.5p per minute!!!!!!!

AOL.... huh, they should get more staff and have a better customer service...
