would you stay if I said that I fall a lot more than I stand would you come if I said where and that I need to hold your hand i cant stand to see the sun without you sitting by my side i would long to be the one to hold you when youre cold at night

will you run when you find out i talk a bit more than I listen will you smile when you see how i lose my breath when your eyes glisten

i have dreams of winter fading into spring you bring me to my knees i am good at understating love and lies i like it when you smile

would you stay if i saw bathroom stalls and empty halls and love that lies inside a lid attached to pony tails and empty trails that lead to lonely that leads to nowhere thats perfect nobodys is perfect nothings perfect and thats ok
