Power(s): Koukon is a mage of the highest caliber, far surpassing most gods in his sheer might and talent. His magics are capable of time travel, manipulation of matter and energy, manipulation of memories, crossing of dimensions, empowerment of others, rewriting of logics, animation of inanimate objects, nearly any feat imaginable.
His magic manifests itself in a unique way, taking the shape of strings of DNA. Each strand is a sentence of arcane symbols with each connecting dot being an amalgam of an oriental and European spell circle. This reflects the source of his magic, it being his very genetic make up.
Koukon is capable of entering a contract with another being to grant any wish or wishes they may possess. The price is termed before granting and is usually proportional to the power necessary to grant it.
Koukon is capable of seeing and sensing energy patterns, be they mundane or magical, with out specific use of his magic and only powerful concealments can escape his casual notice.
He possess' a sort of Cosmic Awareness. He can sense shifts in reality or the time line, as well as discharges of large amounts of energy or very strong emotions.
Koukon interacts uniquely with the fabric of time when he exists in a universe. When he utilizes his magic inside any universe, the effects, no matter how infinitesimal, are woven closely into the universe's very fabric. This makes manipulation of the parts of the time line he is linked to incredibly difficult, if not impossible. But if such a temporal shift is made, Koukon's mere returned presence will start to force the altered time line to slowly revert back to it's original state.
Weapon(s): Koukon is not one to take part in physical combat, preferring flight to fight. But he is well versed in the use of most weaponry as well as several forms of unarmed combat. He favors actual ninjutsu for purely defensive uses.
Weakness(es): Koukon is severely limited in the use of his magics. Outside of a contract he is unable to utilize his power to affect things on a large scale, otherwise he would interfere with the allowed laws of interference. Even when his life is in danger he is mostly unable to utilize his powers for offense means, only able to use it for evasion in times of combat. He also is fully vulnerable to anything that deplete or feeds upon magic, regardless of his potency.
