"The Life of Tim"--By Risa

This is the story of a young boy’s life,
Who lived in a world filled with strife.

There were never many important things to him.
That was the sad life of little Tim.

It all started out on a rainy day
Some years ago in the middle of May.

Back then, Tim was still very small,
Little Tim never grew very tall.

One day, he saw something outside.
A shadow within the night.

He saw a knife in the shadow with a gleam,
Followed by his parent’s screams.

So young Tim sat alone in his room,
Waiting for his imminent doom.

But the murderer left to his surprise.
He looked for his parents and could not believe his eyes.

The room was splattered with his parent’s crimson blood
As if it came from a huge red flood.

So young Tim picked up his parents, dead
And laid them up on top their bed.

On that night, Tim’s life was forever changed.
His life would be completely rearranged.

An orphanage later took him in.
There he met a girl named Linh.

She tried to help him whenever she could
But poor little Tim never quite understood.

He never even remembered her name
Even though she eased his pain.

Young little Tim soon had died.
And poor young Linh for him had cried.

So that was the end of poor little Tim.
He never understood what she did for him.
