Wow. Two years on Gaia already? It seems that it's only been a few months. (Granted, I don't stay around on Gaia for long periods of time, so it probably has been only a few months, realistically.) I missed my first Gaia Anniversary, so I guess I'll make it up with this one today. Ha, I nearly missed this one, too.
Anyway, a lot has happened since I joined Gaia. There have been renovations of the shops and tab pages. There's been zOMG!, the Aquariums, Booty Grab, and the Arenas. There was even a Gaia Prom that I participated in as a newbie. I was so proud of my first dream avatar design, a elegant, formal, and blue. The ensemble cost less than 1k total. Funny, huh? Especially because most of my ensembles are now worth at least twenty times that amount.
I discovered a few secrets and tricks about Gaia since that prom. I became obsessed with selling inks, flowers, and trash for a few months, just so I could buy my first collectible, Let It Snow (then valued at 32k).
I got bored of my account and reverted over to my mule account for a while, a fresh start... that lasted a week. I just love this account too much to leave it. xd
The point is? Gaia has been fun for the last two years. I like the website. Even though I may leave it for long periods of time and then return, I may never leave it totally. It's a nice place to be.

As a writer, my fingers are constantly itching for a new way to write things or a new place to put ideas. Even though I know this journal will be semi-anonymous ('cause not many people read my journal, you know?), I still like writing.
