I'm so proud of myself! >w< In the past few years, I've come up with countless plots, all of which were Shonen (more appealing to young boys than girls), but today, I ACTUALLY thought up a Shojou plot! Hehe I love it!
I'm really not a fan of Shojou, but I think I should still develop a hand at it, nee? IF worst comes to, at least it'll be good writing practice for me! For now, my two main characters names are Panda and Doll (stupid names, right? Heh I just kinda named them random names, thinking the story wouldn't actually turn out as well as it did sweatdrop )
As for the plot? Its kinda in its sucky stages right now, but here's a breakdown anyway:
Doll (I'm going to rename them at some point!) is a new student from another country (I'm thinking Japan, so I'd have to make her new name Japanese). When she first appears, she has black cat-like ears. Panda, an Italian trade-student (don't worry, I'm renaming her too!), is in her new American class. Panda also has black cat-like ears. These two are the only ones that have different ears, except for their really odd teacher who acts like a 5 year-old most of the time. At first Doll pretends that she can't speak English. Panda is appointed by their teacher to show her around the school, and while she is, Doll begins talking in fluent English.
While they're exploring, Panda's ears begin to turn a lighter color. Doll points this out, and Panda asks if Doll knows why they have these odd cat-like ears. Doll answers that a human has seven Forgivens, they can break each of the seven deadly sins just once before being punished. When they use all of their Forgivens, they are given ears, a different kind for whichever sin they broke first (they both broke the same sin first, so they both have cat-ears; their teacher broke a different one, so her ears are different). If the aflicted person keeps sinning, their ears turn darker and darker until they're black. The only way to lighten them, is to somehow atone for a sin. If they atone as many times as they've sinned, they're ears will be pure white. Once they are given ears, it is impossible to get rid of them.
Everyone who is given ears is explained this story, people without ears aren't allowed to know it.
The rest of the story is about the two trying to atone for their sins by helping eachother.
