It throbs the blood in my ears
The eerie silence
Evidence to show you're no longer present
The dark room
To show your light no longer shines here
The only sound remaining
Is the echo of my contstant heartbeat
The heart that beats with no more reason
For the day you left,

The silence corrupts me
