Today was a good Gaia day! Aeith gave me my free art from bumping lots in her art auction thread (it's in my profile!), and dear sweet {m} gave me this loverly Fairy Wand! heart 4laugh

And it's NoirRaven's birthday this week, so I'm going to make her something for it since she is always so nice and has a link to my shop in her profile! heart

And I have to work on that submission for Bella's art contest. I have till the 17th I believe, but I want to finish it well before then. I think I'll work on/finish the lineart tomorrow and while I'm out getting the mail and getting some groceries for dinner I'll stop by the library and photocopy it so I can color it. whee

Yesterday I posted my 6000th post on Gaia! W00t! But then I remembered that I'm an 03 baby and that I should stop lurking and get that post count up there. I'll be happy if I can break 10k by the end of the year.

I bought a feedable pet! I think that I'm going to upgrade her to also be breedable in a little while. You should go feed her! I do when I come online at night, and it seems that other people have been feeding her as well while I'm not online! So nice! heart



My Gaia-versary went by without any real celebration. But that's because I kinda forgot about it. xp

I decided last night to make a pixel avatar of myself and then animate it and make an LJ icon with it. Then I can use that to post in the LJ communities. Then if tpeople like it, I'll think about selling them in my minishop! twisted

...

So... I think that's about it for right now. Today I have to get three orders out from said minishop, and then I think that I am going to hunt down all the minishops that still have trades waiting in the bank. It's been a couple months and I haven't heard from several people.

As the subject says, lately has been slow-going. Not much of interest to report save for the fact that my Gaia-versary is only in 6 days! YAY!

I'm thinking of setting up a thread to celebrate. With a contest and free artsies (since I now have a working scanner) and all that.

We shall see. If I do make it, I'll be setting it up in a few days. 3nodding

OH! And chainmail is TEH EVIL! GAH!

I haven't updated in so long! Well, I'll let you konw what's been going on my my Gaia-life!

Trading/Marketplace stuff:
I discovered that my Bani Clips (which I bought for 7.5k a year or so ago) are worth about 30k! They've gone up since I found this out, though. I sold them to someone questing for them from 20k, out of the goodness or my heart.

Also bought a Gaia T-Shirt for 18k and sold it for 23k. I like finding good deals like that! (And making gold off of them! surprised )


Guild stuff:
Well, I'm a mod in the United Tree Ninjas of Gaia! I love this guild and the regulars in it! We are still pretty small, but everyone's really nice and makes my job as the Spam-Mod really easy. You should check us out! We currently have a 50/50 raffle going on with 25k as a prize! There's also a 1k bumping prize!

Also, I've joined "Gift it Forward", a guild where everyone gives random, anonymous presents to the other members! Everyone's really nice. whee


Other stuff:
Not much else has been going on. Lots of good times. heart PM me sometime! I like random (intelligent) PMs, and hearing from old friends is always nice! heart

So, I graduated from High School! Four years... Two of which sucked a**... Gone by so quickly! This either means that I will have some free time, or none at all. I need to get a car, and find a nice job. Going to apply to Franklin Pierce College next semester. Need to take the ACTs.

Gaia has been it's normal self. OH! It was my Two year anniversary on the 17th, which was also the day that I graduated! Good times here on Gaia. I just wish my post count reflected my time online! I lurk too much...

But I stalked the Art Arena, yesterday! Commented and rated like crazy. I wish those posts counted toward your post count., since I posted like 25 times in about a hlaf hour span (and that is a lot for me, since, as I said, I lurk alot).

Oh well.

That's right! And you know what that means: fun! Already went out today to kick off the weekend; I plan to hang out tomorrow (either at home or with some people), and on Sunday I hope to go to the SkyShow. Monday is a holiday, and Tuesday is Senior Skip day at my school. Nice.

Well, tonight so far, I have just been posting away in Q&A, and visiting the Chatterbox. Don't worry; I haven't crossed over to the evil land of spam and boredom. Just wanted to be a poll-whore, and since like 1/3 of all the threads in the CB have polls, I thought that that would be a good place to hang out.

Also been in stealth signature-reporting mode. I reported a few, but when I see that the person is online, I tend to just PM them about it. So far, 90% of the time, they are polite about it. Occationally they argue. One asked me why I was "whining" (I think he also spelt it wrong). So I just reported his sig. Don't argue with me, Mr. Breaker-of-the-Rules. rolleyes

Think I may also visit petitions tonight, too. 3nodding

Well, my computer (teamed with Gaia) seems to be a magnet for spy/adware. I also got that American Express pop-up virus about a week ago. Damn computer. I'm going to have to find a pop-up blocker.

I also went on a bit of a mini-shopping spree. I'm addicted. sweatdrop If my computer was acting nicer, I would open a mini shop of my own!

Well, I think that I am going toff to see if I can find some nice sandals for my avatar. Sandals for male avatars are hard to find, it seems.

Well, I hung out in Q&A for a while today... Seemed to be quite a few hacking reports going around. But then again, I don't frequent Q&A that much, so it might have just been a normal day for them. sweatdrop

Well, I accident-illy deleted my character tonight (didn't know that if you change your gender in your profile, it deletes the character without asking for your password, like if you tried to delete it normally). So I had to go back and change the gender (no more free gender changes for me!), and then re-create a character... Worst part: had to re-buy my hair style. 1000-some-odd gold. Blah.

But, in better news, I got a blue box today and didn't get prisoner's clothes from it! Got a Studded Leather Collar. Also got a trunk yesterday, but I forget what I had gotten from it. sweatdrop So I sold my collar and also my cat ears, since I never use them any more. Made 5.4K. Not bad, if I do say so myself. Now if only those Prisoner's Pants/Top would sell... sweatdrop
