I sang and I sang with all my heart from door to door, shop to shop, in the chilling cold, day and night. I sang for hours at a time songs of joy and goodwill. For my dedication to raising the Christmas spirits of others, Santa Claus was quite generous to me this year 3nodding I recieved many many gifts including these absolutely adorable marshmallow snowmen.
On New Year's Eve I put thousands of gold into an outfit for the Ball at the Gambino mansion. I must say that I looked rather cute. The Ball was absolutely crowded, so much so at times it was somewhat infuriating and frightening. I did speak to many interesting people though and made some new friends. I witnessed quite the incident between Sasha, my darling Ian, and Gaia's first superhero. Our world defender had announced earlier that he was going to kiss Sasha at midnight and so he did, but not before revealing his true identity as Gino Gambino. I already knew his identity...I mean it really was quite obvious sweatdrop The tragic part is that Ian caused quite the commotion to stop this from happening since he likes Sasha and in doing so has been thrown in jail. I'm so heartbroken to say the least crying . Now Rufus, the cat, is running the Barton Boutique, oh the sadness. Mrs. Claus gave to me some items that belonged to the elves. I think the factory or something was vandalized.
I've donated almost 10,000g in just a week. I'm starting to wonder if I'm too generous. It's not that I'm greedy, just broke sweatdrop and no one's ever donated to me. I do think that the people I've donated to deserved it with all the lack of intelligence there is in the world nowadays. I suppose I am trapped in the role of the donater and never the donatee.

How long as it been since I last had time to sit down and tell you the story of my life in this world of Gaia? Perhaps, I myself have realized how miniscule my role in this world really is and have deemed myself unworthy to tell my own tale.
In the past monthes I have become a wanderer, travelling from town to town with a quest for rare items which have I achieved. Such glorious bounty I can call my own and yet there is something I have yet to achieve in finding, a true friend. Sure, I am surrounded by people known as friends, but in truth we are nothing more than acquaintances it seems for I am sure that all of them have forgotten about my being. Many of them were in fact just new beings whom I had just felt kinda enough to accept their invitations to become friends.
Now as I trudge through the thick blankets of cold snow which remind me of my own loneliness, looking for a place to call my own, I realize just how lonely this world is.
No vacancy. No vacancy.

Fishing in the Lake of Knowledge, Friendship, and Gold |

On this morn I had awakened earlier than my norm in order to finish my quest for my 5th basket, but alas I was an hour to late. Not having much to do since I wasn't sure what to do, I sent mail to my two new friends. After I had done so, a large object fell from the sky. I rushed to where it had saw it land. I took a closer look at this large trunk and decided to open it. Inside I found a Old Skewl Orange Head Gear. "Yay, more clothes," I thought, but when I tried it on, it looked horrible. At a loss of things to do with it until I get my vending lisence, I decided to put it back in my inventory and hold onto it for a bit.
I decided to go to the marketplace today. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw how big the place is. There were hundreds of litte shops and even more people which made it pretty hard to buy something because it seems that all of those people had much more money than me. I saw a Basic Fishing Rod for sale which gave me a sudden urge to start fishing. After just a bit of bidding, I managed to purchase the rod for just 10 gold.
I then proceeded to the fishing store which is north of Barton Town at Bass'ken Lake. There, I purchased just one Grade D Fish Bait for 100 gold. I'm pretty sure, now, that I should have just fished in the lake, but instead I headed over to Durem Reclamation Facility. Well, I almost immediately on the act of fishing, too bad not the act of catching the fish. The fish would frequently latch onto my line, but I could not reel them in. They seemed too fast and I too weak. The most-damaging thing to my morale was when I would get them so close to my grasp, but then at the last inch lose my catch. Were the gods just having their fun with me? I decided not to give up until I had at least caught a tiny fish. Finally after almost an hour of struggle, I made my first catch,...a tire. Shortly after though, I made another catch, that tiny fish I was hoping for, a Brown Pebbo Feeder. Fishing was somewhat stressful, I swore more in that period of time than any other, however I may try it again tomorrow at a different location.
After my first fishing experience, I decided to build up my funds and speak with a few people, so I headed to the International Music board. There apparently, my knowledge of International Music was needed. I helped a girl on her quest for items of the band Vidoll and another person on his quest for information on this small group known as female j-rockers. In the midst of this, I made another friend, a girl by the name of Summer_Heart. We began discussing a great dark group of musicians from a faraway land known together as +D'espairsRay+. Later it was revealed that we have a similar fondness for other musicians. We have already corresponded through mail twice and I'm sure we will many more times.
I've also been spending some time playing games with fellow Gaia residents. There are quite a few likable people in the Word Games board. I really enjoy hearing their opinions of me some have called me sweet, cute, spicy, and the "Goddess of Livin' la vida loca". Also, someone predicted that I will die of humiliation when my pants rip. Well, that is all I have to write about besides my 2120 gold. I'm sure there will be more tomorrow.

An Easter Tail : The Quest for the Rainbow Eggs! |

Well, I've decided to make a Gaia journal. It's just going to contain entries about things I do on Gaia, since I already have a blog.
Well, today started rather late. I hadn't managed to fall asleep until the early morning, therefor I hadn't managed to awaken until the early afternoon. I made a few posts in the International Music room in an attempt to find more Jrock lovers. I noticed somethng quite odd. When I was there yesterday the activity was incredible. Every minute several threads would have new posts, but today after 10 all the threads I had posted in were still near the top. I was looking for a bit more life, so I went back to the main forum to decide where to post next. That's when I got an unusual urge to visit the Announcements board. Inside I found a thread that read 'GAIA EASTER Event on Sunday, March 27th'. I hadn't known of the event even though it started over an hour before I realized because I had spent the night camped out on my profile. This could be interesting I thought.
I proceeded to The Von Helson mansion in Durem. where I learned of a quest. If I collect 8 eggs and visit the Elder known as the Easter Bunny, I would receive the treasure of an Easter basket. Inside the mansion were already hundreds off people chatting away. Most of them had nothing to say except 'bump', so I decided to let my voice be heard. Unfortunately because I am just one person, my messages were ignored. Finally, I found sanctuary in a place known as 'HAVE A CONVO...GET AN EGGY!'. This would be where I would spend most of my day in Gaia.
Inside there were dozens of people who had already collected the rainbow colored eggs. Curious, I asked those who preceded me their secret. Apparently, all it took was a lot of patience, use of tongue, and a keen eye. Using the advice, I soon found my first rainbow colored egg and within an hour I had collected 8 eggs. I went to the one known as the Easter Bunny who was residing in Barton Town for the day. I showed him my full set of eggs, but he would not give me my reward so easily. The Easter Bunny had hidden my treasure somewhere in Gaia. Such a fool the Easter Bunny was, thinking that hiding the basket in Barton West Field was a challenge. When I opened the basket I found two masks one with the face of a bunny and the other with the face of a chick. I wanted both, but could only choose one, so I decided to take the mask called Bani and begin another quest for the eggs in order to get the other mask.
I returned to my sanctuary and doing what I had previously, I collected my second set of eggs and soon after found my second basket. It took a little longer than my first quest because my connection with the world of Gaia kept failing. I was going to open my basket, but then I realized that I had made over 400g. "Now would be a good time to get a pair of shoes," I thought since I still had feet bare. I searched though all of the shops of Gaia before deciding on a pair of Black Goth Boots. I am very indecisive when it comes to shoes, but I am proud of my purchase because the shoes go very well with my Rouge Hot Pants and Ash Hot Top. I put on my shoes and my chick-faced mask in festive spirits. Having not much else to do, I returned to my favorite spot in the mansion.
After I had collected just a few eggs, I learned that my friend, ayuspeed, who had brought me to Gaia, had entered the world. I immediately lead him to 'HAVE A CONVO...GET AN EGGY!' His quest was not as successful as mine partially because he was not feeling well and had to leave soon after. As a token of my thanks for him bringing me to Gaia, I completed my third quest for him. When I collected my third basket, I bought a trading pass from the bank since I then had over 1000g, and sent it to him. For the rest of my day, I continued the quest and chatting with fellow residents of Gaia. As I write this, I have a full basket (which I hope to sell once I purchase a vending license), 3/8 rainbow colored Easter eggs, and 953 gold.
Completing quests and finding treasures sounds wonderful, doesn't it? However, what I cherish most were the people I spoke with today. Two that stand out clearly are my new friends, Aoihonou and FairyTails. I met both in my cherished space. Aoihonou was a girl around my age who was preceeding me in the quest. We spoke for quite a good while. I've learned that she loves white chocolate bunnies, Dance Dance Revolution, anime, manga, art, music, and the internet. She had to leave for awhile, but returned later. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to speak with her as I had earlier because of my faulty connection with this world. During her absence, I sent her mail which she later replied to. I hope to mail her and hang out with her again. I also met a very nice girl known as FairyTails. She was not as far in her quest for the eggs, so I managed to help her out. She and I probably spoke for the longest time. This friend owns a very cute and playful cat which I helped to name "Tama". I really hope to speak with my new friends again very soon, but unfortunately because of my connection with this world and the current time, I must leave. Farewell and pleasent dreams to all!
