Let me just start off by saying that in my high school, Chemistry is an advanced class for people who scored above a 90 in the freshman science class, Living Environment 101.
All right. That's cleared up.
I was in Chemistry class and our teacher who has a hilarious last name was discussing the symmetrical or as symmetrical as possible anatomy of a human being.
A girl in our class raises her hand and says "Isn't the heart in the middle of the chest?"
I froze. FROZE. mrgreen exclaim mrgreen
Then I laughed. I think she was insulted but she should be. I asked "How did she get in this class?" That may sound harsh but COME ON. Over a 90 in Living Environment 101!!
Then my Chemistry teacher said ten minutes later "Can people implant a man's heart into a female's body?" At first I thought he was being funny, but he actually thought there's a different in gender. stare talk2hand stare
Thanks to me, he now knows it's possible. cool
