The journal of a hyper bishoujo
My name is katie and ever since i could hold a pencil i have loved drawing. I mostly draw anime and manga styles but every so often i like to sketch people(if anyone is willing to sit for about an hour in the same position while i draw). I enjoy swim
Im dehidrated from crying
I was introduced to asian drama's by my sister a few months ago(korean,taiwanese,japanese,ect.). I am usually interested in anything with a female main character because I have learned that I tend to put myself in the main characters place. For instance, I feel annoyed or embarassed when the main character feels that way, cry when things get sad for her, and feel happy when things go right. I dont really know why but I guess it doesnt matter since it makes the story more enjoyable to me. Im like that with anything from novels, drama's, anime ,and manga. But back on topic, I was mostly watching comedy/ romance drama since I found that I enjoy drama's(thanks for sucking me into another hobby lauren stare ). Then recently I found a popular drama called 1 liter of tears. It was classified as romance( I dont need comedy as much as a female main character) so I thought I might give it a try. I was a little sceptical though because the plot looked like it would make me cry(I hate crying, makes me feel like im weak). I watched it anyway though and I must say, it is the most beutiful drama I have ever seen. Im currently on episode 5(the episodes are about an hour each) and really want to introduce this touching drama to others. It is a non-fiction story, here is the description:

This beautifully moving drama is based on the real-life struggles of a 15-year-old girl named Aya who suffered from an incurable disease, but lived life to the fullest until her death at 25. The script is based on the diary Aya kept writing until she could no longer hold a pen. The book that later followed entitled “One Litre of Tears" has sold over 1.1 million copies in Japan alone.

Fifteen year old Ikeuchi Aya was just a normal girl, soon to be high school student and daughter of a family who works at a shop that makes tofu. As time passed, unusual things started happening to Aya lately. She started falling down often and walks in a strange way. Her mother Shioka, takes Aya to see the doctor, and he informs Shioka that Aya has spinocerebellar degeneration - a terrible disease where the cerebellum of the brain gradually deteriorates to the point where the victim cannot walk, speak, write, or eat. A cruel disease, as it does not affect the mind in the least. How will Aya react when told about her disease? And how will Aya live from now on?

You can go watch it on Mysoju.com. I command you to go now! Trust me, you wont regret it :3
