Introduction
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Introduction------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Welcome to my Role-play journal. Naturally of course, this is where I’ll post a lot of my starters, character bio’s etc. for your viewing pleasure.
Lets get down to business!
I’m relatively new to RP’ing, although really enjoy writing, and have a few fans lined up already. (Go me xD) I only ask for a few things from my partner in crime…
1- You are at least Semi Literate. In other words: You do not send me one-liners, you can spell at least half decently, (A spell checker works wonders) have a general concept of proper punctuation (Please, no need for * * when performing and action), and above all else, you do not speak in broken English.
2- You are creative. I appreciate creativity in all its forms. If you can be yourself, and can come up with a unique response, you and I will be good friends.
3- You have at least some patience. Many times, I will be role-playing with a few people at a time. I will usually notify you that I’m busy prior, just please don’t send me harassing messages, wondering wtf I’m doing. Believe me I will get to you.
If you feel you meet these 3 basic standards, then congratulations! You and I will be good RP buddies.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Note’s From The Author------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ All right! So now that you feel you are capable of joining me in the vast merriment of swirling wonder known as Role-playing, there are probably a few things you should keep in mind when you’re RP’ing “Terra Style.”
The biggest thing you should know right from the get go, is that I like my Role-plays to be unique. Generally speaking, I try to come up with a few stories that no one has thought of before. At the very least, put a new twist on an old favorite. What’s going to be extremely beneficial for you to keep in mind: is that no matter how things seem to be going in the story, never, and I mean never, expect things to happen. Most, if not all of my RP’s have some form of “Secret twist” I’ve put in them; just a little something to keep the story interesting, and you on your toes. It’s this type of mystery I love to see in other player’s Role-plays, and love to spring on you in my own. If you can keep this in mind, and go with the flow of the story, you’re in for a great RP.
Next on the agenda is how I feel towards violence. Violence, like everything else, has its place in Role-playing. Fantasy violence makes for a fun adventure, and I really don’t mind getting down and dirty with a little bit of guts and gore. So feel free to dish out your fighting, slaughtering, hunting, gun toting, and earth exploding, violent action scenarios as you please. However, reality form violence, such as Wife beating, and Rape, I have a hard time tolerating. If they fit in with the story, I’ll do my best to portray it. Know from now however, that I do not enjoy RP’s solely revolving around Rape, and other such things. Role-playing is an outlet to act out fanciful scenarios that you normally couldn’t in real life, and I am NO closet rapist.
Now that the big stuff is out of the way, I’d like to close with a few RP’s I’m good at, and enjoy being a part of; as well as a few I might not be so great at, but willing to try… Strong suites Weaker points -Fantasy -Master -Mystery -Slave -Drama -Vampire -Romance -Bully -Action -Furries

There's No Such Thing
There’s No Such Thing
Madi sat in her room with an empty tummy that evening. It seemed to occur more often these weeks, than in those past. Her mother was always so kind to her being without a father, being alone. She was very young when he passed away; even now she was still but a child. Her classmates would tease her profusely, too young to comprehend a loss beyond that of their teeth. Even that seemed to have its benefits when the fairies came to make their purchase. Madi however, seemed to reap no benefits from her circumstances, as she sat in her room hungry with her deck of playing cards. Seemingly alone she sat upon the hardwood floor in darkness, her cards scattered across its sleek surface. Across the room her window lay open, the pale white curtains dancing in the night air, their silhouette shifting along the cracked walls, forming creatures from her imagination. Their hands seemed to reach along the wall, as if to pry themselves from the curtains they were bound, unable to cling to the smooth white walls. A cool breeze passing through the room she felt no cold, as she carefully placed her cards, propping them up together to form a pyramid. Quietly she hummed to herself as she played, stacking the cards ever higher, slowly and delicately. ”Ring around the rosie…” she sang quietly, carefully placing two more cards on her pyramid. She sat still for a moment as the stack settled before continuing to add more cards. “A pocket full of posies…” Her hands barley cupping the cards in her tiny hands she continued her tower’s assent. It wobbled slightly when she placed her next section on top, although it still stood strong. She smiled with pride, gracefully adding a single card on top to form a bridge between her two triangular formations. Almost complete. “Ashes…” she whispered, dropping the card on top, watching her castle carefully as it teetered before coming to rest. “Ashes…” Madi giggled, preparing her final two cards. “We all fall…” she sang as she assembled her last triangle on top, everything seemed perfect, until her castle started to crumble, collapsing dead to the floor, her cards scattering everywhere. “Down…” She whispered, staring blankly at her now demolished masterpiece. She sat very still for a moment, taking in what had happened with a deep sigh; she had worked so hard. Madi looked up, her blue eyes gleaming as she stared towards her window, the curtains still merrily dancing. “That wasn’t very nice” she whispered into the darkness; her voice echoing through the room as her words dispersed into silence. She sat quietly, still staring into the void of her room, hearing the dull hums the night air made through her window. It made such an ominous tune, though reminding her of the lullabies her mother used to sing to her to help her sleep, when visions of the boogie man disturbed her rest. Her gaze still fixated upon her window curtains as they continued to sway. “Now you have to help me put it back together” she spoke with a voice so tender, still she seemed to await a reply. Out of the corner of her eye the shadows on her wall seemed to shift, the shades molding together and tugging away at the curtains, a cold wind blew through the room, encircling Madi, sending cards flying across the floor. She tilted her head calmly towards her wall, watching the shadows struggle to break free, until a small piece broke apart from the chain, slowly drifting down the wall to the floor beneath her bed. As the room grew quiet she stared at her bed with a smile. “It’s okay…” She whispered, tucking her head to the floor, peering beneath the bed, spotting a small black figure fixated on her. “I won’t bite” Madi spoke tenderly, turning back to her cards, beginning her new castle. Her mother had been cross with her for making up wild stories. “There’s no such thing Madison!” she would shout at her, as she tried to introduce her new “friends.” Simply because they could not be seen, did not make them any less real. Little did her mother know, as little Madison hummed away in her room; her friend was still eyeing her from beneath the bed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ PM me to continue this tale as the little girl Madison. I shall play her imaginary friend. This RP can continue in many forms, be them eerie or sweet. Feel free to take them in any direction you wish. (As an imaginary friend, I’m rather flexible =] ) I shall attach a picture of the “friend” when we begin the RP. Feel free to use a childhood version of your own RPC if you wish. Thank you for reading ^^

A Dream for Two
A Dream for Two Things never turn out quite the way you planned them. Time would always throw you a curve ball, shattering your preparations just as it would a glass window. The same was true for Jacob and Kristine. Happily they lived their lives, however short, feeling the sky was the limit. They were a happy couple; true young love. Until life finally decided to end that perfection. In one fell swoop, the two had been placed in intensive care, added to the donor list, and put into a medically induced comma. The injuries sustained from their violent accident were so severe; the doctors had no choice but to place them in an artificial sleep. “No child should have to be awake during such pain” the doctors told themselves, as they started the children’s daily dosages. How it happened was not important, what needed to be decided was the next course of action: Whether it would be better to keep them on the donor list inside their comma; never knowing when plasma and organs would become available, and knowing full well the children would never fully recover. Or pull the plug on the machines that were keeping them alive. As far as Jacob was concerned, everything around him was far too real for comfort. As he wandered a mysterious city, in the confines of his mind, he felt wide-awake. He witnessed impossible scenarios and enigmatic creatures as he wandered dreamland, never fully understanding how he had arrived there; until he suddenly stumbled upon the last person he’d ever expect to see. Kristine had somehow manifested herself into the same dream world he had. Neither of them understanding how their minds linked, or what was happening outside of their bodies, they wandered the streets of this strange world, with very little to rely on, but each other. PM me to continue the story of the two lovers stuck in their dreams, as Kristine.
