darkness of the night
feel the love of my life
take me as i am
making me powerful for who i am
share the gifts that i have to the earth
let them hear, and see the truth of my new birth
let them see the dark shadows that are within me
letting them know the truth about me
set the candles on my altar of sacred space
where i usually go to bless the goddess in place
let the earth hear my chants as i cast my spell
but learning that this is not of hell
share the wisdom that i've encountered over the years
letting them learn of all of my black tears
but tears of joy with happiness in this life
that i've found through the goddess of night
bless all of the people that have open minds
make them feel proud to learn different things in time
make all of the others pay for what they think and say
that they will see the end of their days
