Our Story
My mom has had kidney disease for a while now. Her mom, brother, husband's step dad, and a friend have tried to donate. Her mom and brother were pre-diabetic and could not donate. Right now they are working on the friend. We are hoping that she will be a match. Her time is running out and we dont want to see anything happen to her. You have to be 18 to donate. Me being under 18 I cant. Nothing else is wrong with her. Healthy people are waiting for organs and just this one thing wrong with them could end their life. When you have the chance to donate TRY. You will make many people happy. That person,their friends, their family, and even your family will be proud of you. With kidneys you only need one. 50%. Why not give the other 50% to someone who needs it? It does not cause any health problems for you.
