Maybe I'll start this up once I get more active...which means after High School most likely...
Upcoming_Swell This is an rp, we are all mages and artificers at a medieval academy. Are you going to be a mage or a artificer?Based off of the Magic the Gathering :Artifact Cycle books.Artifacts, a great deal is unknown about such strong creatures. Artificing is making of creatures of metal that do deeds, from mining, to warfare. Most are thought up in sleep, or drawn on many pieces of paper as plans, then created using metal, pulleys, gears, and rope. Such Creatures are sometime enhanced with magic and other things, such as protection against other types of magic so that it can't be weakened or destroyed by lets say blue type magic. They come from as small as Glasses to Armor to the size of huge Dragons. Most are used for experiments, and for war. Can you create such creatures that can help your side of the battle? Story]We are all in the Academy of Tolaria. A once renown island for its mountains, forests...and secrets. It was a place for students that excelled in artificing and sorcery, but something they didn't know was the project that was going on in their midst. A time machine was built, and a silver golem, Karn, was born to travel the time line. Once they started to try it out, a girl, Jhoira found a beached ship, and saved the last survivor, but unknown to her, he was a Phyrexian Sleeper, a Phyrexian in a human body. Karn, Teferi and Jhoira were friends, but only Karn and Jhoira really talked to each other, and Karn found out her secret. He promised not to tell, and did just as he said, but one night, when he was time traveling, he saw that the man was breaking into the secret labs, and stealing stuff. Soon he found out that he was a Phyrexian, and Karn told the planeswalker Urza. As they tried to stop such a thing, an army of Phyrexians attacked the academy, destroying it, along with the time machine. As the time machine blew, it warped the time in areas of the island, making it go faster, or slower in certain areas. Urza and Karn, and the head mage Karren salvaged what students they could save, and left the island. Nevertheless, they forgot some students, who became the Children of Wrath. After 11 years, they returned, to find that the only one left on the island was Jhoira, one that they thought was dead, and the Phyrexians. They rebuilt the academy, slowly but surely, and tried to find a way to get rid of the Phyrexians in the gorge, stuck in a fast time rift, that went hours in seconds. They built fast, and attacked. Over the next couple of decades, they slowly attacked the Phyrexians, but they multiplied way faster than they could. they also saved Teferi from a slow time rift that went seconds per year. As the phyrexians mutated to attack, Urza needed to get them off of the plane of dominaria. The Phyrexians attacked, but with Jhoira's Thran-metal warriors, the scorpions, and all of the mages, Vaishino, and goblins warriors, the Phyrexians lost, as Urza destroyed the Phyrexian leader within the Gorge with the help of a nature spirit. The won the war on Dominaria, but soon found out, a realm that Urza has visited, Serra's realm, a pure white mana plane of angels and humans, the phyrexians attacked it. The artificial Realm was collapsing, and the ruler was mad. urza and the academy of Tolaria built a air ship, the Weatherlight a ship that cold plane shift. As he did that, the ship, and two fire drakes plane shifted and attacked the arch angels warriors of the realm. The ship, landed, and loaded over 250+ refugees into it. As it did, the ruler attacked Urza, almost killing him, the realm collapsed, one of the drakes gone, but not forgotten, they got away. They saved both angels and humans from death, and then stopped the Phyrexians assault, could they possible have stopped the war, or did they just prolong it?

Cursed Water/Aqua
Cursed Aqua is the one thing most Water Elements stay away from, unless you are into Necromancy and Dark Arts. Cursed Aqua is the deep depths of the deepest ocean, it is the drop of water that makes you scream in the shower. It is what you think of when you think bad, deathly thoughts. Sooner or later, if you begin to study such a dark skill, it takes control of your body, and soon, you can feel it take total control. Your anger is released, as well as the demon inside of you, and you start doing what would even apall the darkest of Dark Elements. It makes you beleive that everyone else is wrong, and that even if you know that your are wrong, it forces you to believe that all is irrevelant, and you start to do more Dark Arts, Necromancy, Summonings, and Dark Spells. You turn on your friends, family, and teachers. Your heart becomes as dark as the deep sea, and you believe you are higher than the rest. Cursed Aqua is the things of Nightmares, but its worse than Nightmares...its real.
Of all things that have come out of such things, Grace was the worse. She got the Cursed Powers on accident. They were given down to her, and had no choice but to accept them, but her hatred was what started the who story off, and then it took off from their, with killing her mentor, then her friends, then her family, making her the sole person that knew what she was before her transformation into this aweful power...but me.
She was only about 20 winters old. She came to a place of training, where we could learn of all water from our mentor, Aqua. His origin was unknown,but he knew about all 6 or 7 different types of water, including Cursed, Blessed, and Blight Fyre. She was a studious student, who read almost every book in the first 10 levels of the tower. Hoping to be the top elementist in the land, other than her mentor, and the mentor before him. Soon, our mentor was corrupted from the inside, by his deadly past, and was frozen in his own frenzy, and now, he is the first thing you see when you enter the tower. Poor Aqua was gone for now, but that opened a door, that was locked since I came to the tower. Six of us entered the room, and all of us got "blessed" with knowledge of a type of water. They were Mist, Ice,Water, Blessed, Blight Fyre, and Cursed, and poor Grace got the last one...and the most deadly of them all.
Soon, the soul of the tower greeted us, and brought us to a different realm, The Water Plane. Were our inute abilities were strengthen, and our control stronger. We were on the edge of a blizzard on one side, and a locked temple on the other. We tried, but did not succeed on opening, as we were greeted by locals of the area, huge Ice Golems or Giants. His name was Zeke, a pilot of a ship that would bring us to civilization, and the warmth of his ship was reassuring. His story was that his people were trying to get artifacts from the temple, and couldn't get in...yet. As he left, he told us to explore the ship, and with that the group of six seperated. As I walked closer and closer to a door, I had visions, maybe because of my powers of Blessed Aqua. I saw poor Grace, completely taken over by the Cursed Water, and she was talking, but I couldn't hear anything. I went on a search to find here.
As we all roamed the ship, Kumizu, a ally and dear friend, was taken hostage after finding something dear to the golems. He was held captive in one of the bays of the ship. As he tried to get out, I was searching for Grace, but found guards instead. As I hid, Isaw Zeke come out, and sensed Kumizu inside, another power of Blessed Aqua. As I continued to walk past the guard, waving to them as I went, Kumizu walked out the door, bare-skinned. As the guards passed out from Kumizu, we went on a search to find him clothes, as he told me his story. As we found a unmarked room, we opened it, and walked in. We found a pond of a silvery liquid, and as we went on the far side of the room, we found a red warning sign, and as most boys do, we went ahead, and opened it, setting the ship's alarms off. As me and Kumizu fought for a way out, we fell out of the ship, and Kumizu came inraged. As he shot Blight Fyre at the ship, he hit it, and it started to fall. Grace and the others got out with a potential new friend, Knaru, Prince of the Ice Golems. As we all made it back to the temple, and Kumizu could think of was to kill Zeke. As I tried to stop him with a wave of Blessed Aqua, I tapped into his mind, and saw a lady...but the connection broke quickly, and I saw no more. I saw Grace, and stayed near her, waiting to tell her, and if she had any visions.
The temple doors opened, and we walking in, Kumizu still in a rage, tried to force us to help him seek and destroy Zeke, as for me, I tried logic to get him out of his anger fit, but it didn't work as he grabbed me by the collar, then I hit him again with another wave of Blessed Aqua, and soon, I saw the girl again. As for Grace, the Cursed Aqua was growing in her, and see didn't even know it. Poor Grace was going to be consumed, and destroyed from the inside, with none of us knowning...but me...

Blessed Aqua/Water...
Kiro was by a lake on the third isle. "The animals just walk up to you.." He looks around."Even the predators walk up to you..." As a bear came, and the animals didn't run away.
Kiro was led to a cave by a bear, and it was a safehaven from the rain. "I wonder why the animals don't attack anyone...or anything..." Kiro walked in to find another guy, looked like he has been here awhile, and he started to talk.
"Hello young water warrior, I've been expecting you..."
"What?"
"Yes, waiting for you, I know no water, or light elementalist can avoid this island, and you are both." He took a sip of some water that was next to him. "I'm a fellow water elementist like you, and I would like to challenge your strength..."
"Why sir, why do you want to challenge me?"
"Because these are the Elemental training Islands, we masters of our elements, are here to train you guys, and sicne you are in both of my elements, I shall see how far you are."
"Ok, were do we fight?"
"Right outside..."
Kiro followed the old man out a different entrance of the cave, and saw they were inside the hill, where there was water all around them, and the dirt was compacted from many people walking over it, and the grass growing only where people haven't strayed off the path. Animals all over the place, fish in the little ponds, deer eating the lush grass, and birds singing. "Wow..."
Kiro looked at the older man. "So, where do I start?"
"We will start with combat skills with your 'perferred' weapons."
"Ok..." Kiro pulled out both of his short swords, "This is them, Tente, and Quarte. What do you want me to do?"
He pulls out his staff,"Try to hit me with your swords, and if you can make me bleed, you pass..."
Kiro walked around the old man, to find a weakness, but couldn't find one. He just charge from behind him, but the old man blocked with amazing speed, Kiro jumped sideways, and tried to attack from his side, but witht he same cheetah like speed, he blocked again.
"Your not going to get me like that..."
Kiro had an idea. He went in to attack, and as planned, he blocked, and kiro shot water at him, making him fall, and kiro knicked him on the leg. "There!"
"Very good, I didn't see that coming..." He got up. "Next is your elemental powers...water versus water."
"Great..." Kiro sheathed his blades and got ready.
Kiro got ready, and he could feel the water around him now, that means the old man can too."I'm ready..." Kiro felt in that instant, the water attack his mind...probably a trick of the elder. He wiped it from his mind, and raised his hand, and swiped it through the air, making the water rise next tot he elder, and hit him with intensity.
"Good, at least you can clear your mind....now time for ice..."
"OK..." At that instant, icicles appeared, and fell for him. "Great..." He dodged them until he got near the water, and made an ice shield, and as the icicles came down on him, he just used the ice from the shield and the icicles to strengthen the shield itself.
"Nice maneuvers..."
Kiro waited until the ice shield got really strong, and then flung it at the old man, who seem intent on keeping the icicles going, as it got closer, the old man faded out, and dissapeared all together..."A mist clone?" As Kiro turned around and saw the old man once again, as he had a guantlet of ice on, and almost hit him, but Kiro was as agile, and dodged it, as he made a similar weapon, but more like claws than a fist, and got the man in the side.
"Good, job..." As his body turned to water and the gash was healed."As you can see, I'm no longer human...my obsession with water lead me to finding this elemental form between life...and death..." He was quiet for awhile. "That is why we elders are finding people worthy enough to learn some of our arts...As most elements work, the older die, and the younger come, and take our spots in the higher ranks of this world, as for me though, I live on two planes, and as for me, I rather live in the other. This is a beautiful place, Gaia Isle, but I don't fancy living here forever...I rather...live in the Elemental Water Plane, even better the Light Plane, but as for me, and the same with you, the light path came second in our lives, making us more intune with our watery natures. I wish to pass down not only my skilled abilities, but my knowledge also, of this and the other realm. Most people believe water is only mist, ice, and water...but in fact there is a dark and light side of water too, and then their is the destructive power of Blight Fyre. these three, Blessed, Chaos and Blight are the three higher abilities of water, and I see well good intent in you, and you will be the perfect carrier of the Blessed Aqua, which is Light and Water powers infused...please use this power well..." After his big speech, he dissapeared, and the animals cried such a sad cry.
"Wow...I can't believe this..." Kiro said as he walked back to the cave entrance, and walked back to the lake that he was found out. He hasn't seen a creature since the inner part of the chambers, and probably knew the reason, the old man. This Isle...was his doing. Now the creatures are back to being Gaia's servants, and not his seekers, and everthing was back to normal, even the rain was now a drizzle, and still the carnivores haven't been seen, and the bears eat the berries, and everything was like his presents was still here, Kiro could now feel it, was that the power of the high power of Blessed Water?
