I stare at the enemy with unblinking eyes she's good, she's fantastic I can't deny
My eyes water over And another minute passes These minutes feel like hours, slow as molasses (sp?)
Her eyes are wide and wet and she looks ready to cry I'm starting to wonder if someone will win or this'll be a tie
Just like her, I remain dormant How odd, she's does what I do I'm becoming curious of my opponent
Her face is familiar I'm starting to see her eyes look just like mine and the girl i'm staring at is me!

A song I wrote, kinda goes along with my story... |

I wrote a song because I was playing the piano and made up this really neat rythm, so I made words to go with it. Turns out the words started reminding me of my story that i'm writing, who knows, maybe it'll turn up in there! Nya~
Some nights I lye awake Waiting for the tears to break Waiting for the chance to say...
I don't know why but I can't trust you You seem to have some secrets too You know I completely despise When you go off, telling lies
The love in your eyes Seems to have gone away As my cries whisper to the night And they seem to say Why oh why...
I don't know why but I can't trust you You seem to have many secrets, too You know I completely despise When you off and tell more lies.
The trust that you built Is slowly fading I call your name But I can't keep waiting for your reply, please, no more lies!

With his bright red eyes opening wide, the almighty ruler of hell stood from his fiery throne to glance upon his kingdom, the throne room in which he stood, everything from the paintings of the rulers before him to the hand-crafted gold statues seemed in place. Making his way through his kingdom, a hot breeze emanated from him as he swooped past his minions. They all bowed their heads in respect, a requirement. Finally, the king came upon a large, heavily decorated door, which meant what was in the room was of high importance, and it was. All three chosen seers were sitting aligned in special throne-like chairs in the middle of an extremely technical-looking room. Their eyes lay closed as lines and wires connected them to machines, awaiting their “visions” to come to them so they could report them and do their duty. The middle one opened his three deformed looking eyes that sat in a funny composition on his ugly ork-ish face. “My lord” He frowned, the lord always came by when he knew something was wrong. “Orik, I wish you to tell me what you saw.” Hell’s ruler’s voice boomed and echoed throughout the room, causing him to seem even mightier. Just what he wanted. “Aye, my lord, I shall show you,” Closing his eyes, the seer recalled what he saw in his most recent vision. What was going on his head showed up on a big screen that was fixed up against a wall, wires ran out of the screen and connected to all three chosen seers.
“Sorry sir, but you’re no match for the Roserine sisters.” Two dark figures emerged from the dark; the moonlight illuminated their faces and showed two pretty girls, same age, only they didn’t look at all alike. One was a brilliant brunette, with a pretty face, probably taking after her mother. The other one was a gorgeous blonde that looked a bit tomboyish, but otherwise was very pretty. The blonde pushed a pile of brush out of their way with one swipe of her hands, which earned the two of them a grimace. The clearing in which they stood seemed out of nowhere, behind a bunch of buildings. “You cannot defeat me,” panted the devil, his handsome human form starting to deform and show his true self. Even in that state, he laughed because the two girls believed they could defeat him, the king of hell. Before anyone had time, the girls linked arms and charged, drawing a large beam from each palm, which struck not the lord himself, but the two demons that were protecting the lord. What took all of the evil hell-goers a while to realize was once the two demons were dead, no longer would the devil be able to keep up his earthly appearance and be able to breathe earthly fumes and air. “NO!!!” Screaming in agony, the devil fell to his knees, becoming weak with the one blow. “How can mortal girls be so powerful? How…” He jumped up and fled down an alleyway, half way down, he disappeared into thin air, leading him back to the dark, fiery realms of hell, back to his kingdom.
“I see. Their only fault was revealing their names…” With that, a fired up and determined ruler swept out of the room without a word; ready to do anything drastic to keep his job.

Back in the throne room, the lord pondered what his next move would be. Finally, a plan popped into his head and a wicked smile crossed his handsome devilish face. Motioning two guards who stood by one of the large paintings to his right, he beckoned them to come. He was ready to put his plan into action. “Call Merit and Jayou, my two best and most accomplished –not to mention, youthful- minions. I wish them to come at once.” The lord chuckled, he felt brilliant. “Yes sir” the two guards replied in unison as both bent low for a respectful bow. Finally they swiftly left the room to fetch the two demon teens. After a while of waiting and thinking his plan through, Hell’s ruler looked up wearing a harsher, crueler smile. The two handsome teenaged demons got to their knees and bowed their heads as everyone else did. “My good boys, I have a job for you.” He let the idea sink before hearing a reply. “Yes, m’lord” Jayou replied for the both of them. Continuing, the lord silently picked at his nails which grew longer and sharper than a mortal’s. “You are to find two girls, twins, that look nothing alike but behold a bond stronger than most. I’ve done my research, their names are Teeran and Atoni Roserine, the ’Roserine sisters’ is what they go by. Once you find them, you are to gain their trust, maybe even lead them to think you…what’s that useless word? Oh yes, love them. Once you’ve done this, then I want you to break this trust, I want you to torture them, take everything they live for,” an evil snicker escaped before he continued, “Once they’re at their weakest, slay them.” More wicked laughter rang through the room, echoing off the decorated royal walls. “Consider it done, m’lord” Merit chuckled along, and then rose to his feet. He was followed by his brother, Jayou. “Easily said, and easily done.”
***
A black mass swarmed into the courtyard, sad faces were numerous and many were blotting their noses or fighting back tears that threatened to stain their cheeks. Most faces were recognizable to the two figures watching the scene, whose faces both showed the same, if not more intense, expressions than those of the people down below. The girls searched through the hordes of people below, picking out family and close friends. Here and there one would let out a gasp or a soft muffled cry when they saw someone dear to them. Atoni Roserine, the youngest of the twins, couldn’t help but let tears fall down her pale white cheeks as a handsome boy, eight years younger than the twins, stood in a corner crying by himself. Teeran, the oldest twin, placed a not-quite-so-pale arm around her sister, holding in her own tears. Down below they both saw their little brother return to the family, and all of them looked shaken and tired. “Sister, why’re they c-crying?” Atoni whispered, her words slurred a little bit. Teeran stared below, taking her time to come up with an answer. It was obvious, obvious that they were dead and the reason for all these people being there and suffering was them, but it was too hard to grasp. “Well,” The oldest twin sputtered out, “You see, Hon, we—do you remember? Remember feeling that horrible pain, then it suddenly ended?” Crying now, Teeran was having trouble explaining it. She knew her sister knew the answer, but refused to accept it. Hell, I wish I could be reassured. Teeran closed her eyes and listened to her sister’s hard breaths and sobs. “Yes,” Sounded a muffled voice. “Well, the pain left our bodies because we die-“She had trouble finishing it, but finally felt she had to be strong “We’re dead, ‘Toni.” The scrawny pale girl nodded, letting in a sharp breathe. It was hard hearing that, to know they wouldn’t ever go home and be normal again, never would live again. She leaned against Teeran and closed her eyes. “C’mon, Hon, let’s go. It’s time to go, we can’t delay much longer” Teeran stood up and held out her hand, a light shined brightly behind them, then the clouds flew together, forming a stair-case. “They weren’t kidding about ‘stairway to heaven’ now were they?” Atoni managed a weak smile and took her sister’s hand. Feathery wings sprouted on each of their backs, Teeran’s wings were a gorgeous silver-gray while Atoni’s were a lovely light lavender. The girls walked arm in arm towards the stairway, and with the help of their newly found wings, they were guided up towards the heavens. Atoni stopped suddenly, looking back. The black swarm seemed to be a tiny spec now, but she still wanted her chance to say goodbye. Descending a few steps, or wingspans, she took a moment to think and say her silent goodbye. Goodbye mother, father, Drake, and Derek. Goodbye family, goodbye friends, goodbye life and Earth. I know how sudden this is and I wish you all to know that I’ll still watch you guys from up here, I’ll still be with you guys, just, you won’t see me. Think of me as there, only, invisible. A smile crossed the youngest sister’s face. She looked upward and saw that Teeran was smiling too. Alas, the sisters were ready. They linked arms once more and ascended up the stairway, ready for a new unknown adventure.

Depressing is the day when happiness gives way to sorrow and sadness self-pity and madness
Depressing is the day when the sun won't cast it's rays on you; when goodness has lost rule
Depressing is the day when you let it be that way and you've nothing left to say 'cept "why bother?"
Depressing is the day When all hope is given up Today is the day When you've just had enough
