♥------Sometimes things just... dawn on me.
------I was thinking just now... If I didn't have Joshua, where would I be? I might have better grades, maybe, but... I'd be so lost without him. He's what drives me to get up every day. I want to talk to him, and I want to give and receive affection because I love him, and I want him to know that. My dad's becoming a drunk, and starting to abuse me. God knows where my life will go when we run out of money and neither of my parents have a job. What does he plan on doing with us? See... What would I do if I didn't have Joshua to support me through this? I'm not a very emotionally strong girl... I don't know what I would have done if he hadn't let me vent and if he wasn't there to always cheer me up. And I'll be honest. He makes me upset sometimes. We get in little fights, or just stop talking to each other for a bit, only saying "I love you" every so often. It sucks. But we get over it quickly. Generally it's my fault when things like that happen. I'm stubborn and thickheaded. When I don't say stupid things and we're talking normally, we laugh, we love, we call each other pet names, we "kiss" each other (kissing is impossible since we're 5 states away, but we do with what we have)... We just have an amazing relationship.
Anyway... I hope he knows how much I appreciate him, and how much I respect him. He's a wonderful guy and, for lack of a better way to explain it, he makes my life worth living.
