Man, I don't even know why I'm posting in my journal... This last week has sucked for everyone around me, including me. The really weird thing is, I don't know why I'm upset, I think it might be her *points to the last post* but I don't think that's it, maybe I'm just being extremely emo. Either way, I'm gonna have to find someone to move in with at the end of May. Everything is either pissing me off, or just making me sad. No, I'm not on my period, peoples...I'm a guy, i'm just a really emotional guy, that's all. stare Don't judge me...

I feel as if another presence is watching me, as if I am doing something that could be considered evil. Or it could be that I'm delusional. Oh, well, anyway, I'm sort of exicted for Christmas, I think... actually, I might not be. But I know one thing for sure, I am very indecisive.

Yeah, I haven't posted a journal in a while, so...

Since May of last year, my buddy Ignash reminded me of someone that I told myself I would never forget. I never wanted to forget her, no matter what she thought of me. Is that insanity, or obsession? Ignash just laughed and said it was both. I feel as though she knows nothing of what I feel for her and it might be awkward for her to realize this. Otherwise, there has been way too much going around. For instance, Ignash is engaged and set to be married sometime next year. My other friend Jeff is also engaged and to be married around the same time as Ignash. Now, that's just leaves me wondering, in our small circle of friends, will anyone ever come along for me? Well, the girl I was reminded of stuck in my thoughts for a while and it just so happens that she is probably engaged as well...
When I figured that out, I was umm, there was nothing to describe my feelings except confusion. When I really sat down to think, 'was I going to be alone forever?'
and I hear from everyone, 'oh, you're just not looking hard enough' and that's a damn lie. Man, I don't know it just really made me want to sit down and just cry for a while, so I did. *sigh* I really hope she is happy, because that may be the only joy I get out of anything around here. Florida angers me so, I just might leave this place when I graduate, but then I'd be leaving behind the only people I've ever known. I don't know what to do anymore...

Girl:"OMG and like, she totally didn't even realize that it was her aunt's sister's cousin's friend's sister, and like, the whole thing was SO totally whack, right?

Boy: (silence)

Fear not, females, your man's silence doesn't mean he hates you or is'nt interested. Instead, the un-talkative demeanor typical of guys is an excercise in male logic. In fact, we have many reasons for our less-than-rambuntious verbal cues. Let us explore:
For one, we guys like to save time. In reality, a 3-hour conversation about what to wear tomorrow and who Katie is dating accomplishes NOTHING!!! Guy thinking: Why not say the exact same thing NOTHING ( but save ourselves 3 hours! )
and just not bother getting beyond "What's up?" Time is money, and we men are filthy rich because of this little trick.
Besides time and money, give us a break. It's genetic. Little known fact: that rib that God removed from Adam to create Eve was definetely the mythical Blabber Rib , the source of a human's need to chat. If guys don't even have one ( while all girls do ) can you really blame us for our quietness?
Believe it or not, we don't talk because we love you, when we do talk, we are prompted to answer sush damaging questions as: "Do you think i'm fat?" or "Is she prettier than me?" to which, every guy worth his salt, knows, there is no answer. We save you girls the agony of having to hear our poorly-thought out answers to these questions, by just not talking at all.
In the end, it's all about getting your attention. We know you girls go for the strong-silent types, and seeing as how most of the "strong" guys are already attached, our only choice, is to get at least half of the requirement. Silent is sexy, right ladies?
In other words, contrary to females beliefs, males are intelligent creatures, despite our lack of talking, in fact, with all of the things we accomplish without talking, you might say it's us that really get the last word.
