Introduction/Story Plot
My story begins like any other story...Once upon a long, long, long time ago...for centuries many countries have been at war. The human race was becoming a rare and valuable matter and allie. We vampires have taken a liking to their kind, not only for our convenience such as our food supply but they were easy to manipulate to use, mostly to fight against our enemies.My father was crazed and surely mad. He desired nothing more than to be known as the most controlling and powerful, almighty... Pureblood.
My name is Alina Cross, I am 23 years old and I am currently living...no where.
My past is nothing more than a complete blurr. My memories have been completely wiped from my mind. The only thing I know is that I am the last living pureblood vampire and for that I am being hunted.
According to the scrolls, there are so many mythical creatures that have been known to be walking around these cities streets. Such as lycans,children of the moon, werewolves for the kidies for better understanding. Pixies. Fairies, known for being stubborn and stuck up. dwarfs, golems,known for their strength and games. etc. We were more concerned about the witches and warlocks they seem to appear and disappear way too often and of course our kind vampires better known as the night children. I am not sure about the other creatures of the darkness but Vampires have levels. Starting at the very bottom we have the E-class also known as the Forsaken . Vampires recently changed and can not be controlled and will never be the same again. Above that you have the lower class vampires, in control and have low talents maybe one if they are lucky. Then above that you have the upper class vampires, usually they have two to three talents and are more populated than the lower and E-class vampires. Above them you have the Val Tori. They are beyond stuck up and obnoxious they act like they are royalty trying to keep law and order over all vampire and other creatures. They think they rule all but have they yet to learn about my existence which wont be to their satisfaction.
The Silent Brothers, five holy creatures that are well known in our mythical world. They don't speak a word for their mouths are stitched together for you see they were considered psychic and telepathic. They don't need to talk for if they desire they will whisper in your head or even move objects with their mind. Supposedly they live in the city cemetery hidden underground not very tempting to visit. They wear heavy cloaks so that you couldn't see their contorted bodies and misshaping faces. But I'm not complaining. They were the ones who blanked me out from my past ...the council ordered it. I suppose they didn't want me to live like my parents. My father blood thirsty and insane, my mother ...well i don't recall anything about my mother only a sweet lullaby sung to me with the song off a piano and a hum with a beautiful voice and face.
