Hair: BLACK with a white burst || spiky and messy || droops down more than Hiei's
Eyes: Dark red || Big || Semi-almond shaped || Small pupils/irises [like Hiei]
Skin: Medium-light
Body: Cute baby-chubby belly || Generally little-boyish body
Note1: He does NOT have a Jagan! Hiei's isn't natural, it's not part of his genetics.
Note2: He is 2 1/2 years old in this description.
Clothing: Whatever his parents can get their hands on, but never too cutesy 'cause it would annoy Hiei a little.
Personality: A little bit clingy and very curious. He naturally gets frightened easily, but he always loves to make his parents happy. One of the ways he does that is by being brave; so eventually, he became much less cowardly from trying to please Hiei and Sakura, even with little things like going back to sleep after a nightmare. Still, though, he has a sweet quality to him.
He's particularly attached to his father; he spends one week alone with him a year, and is just inclined to be more interested in the person that looks almost exactly like him. He's a child so he doesn't understand why he looks so much like Hiei.
When he and his sister were born, the EXTREMELY nervous Hiei didn't have as much of a hand in raising him as Sakura did. Sakura handled most of it. So he was curious about his father, as he didn't know as much about him.
When Sakura had to take her yearly trip to the ice world, though, Hiei was left alone with Shonin. At first they were just awkward weeks of Hiei not knowing what to do and usually doing things wrong, but they slowly made progress.
They really started to bond, ironically, when Hiei realized a connection he could have with Shonin:
Swordsmanship.
He started to teach Shonin how to use a sword [during very closely supervised lessons] when he was 2 1/2; as Shonin started to enjoy the lessons and the real bonding time with Hiei, their relationship became much stronger. Hiei kept the lessons from Sakura at first, as he didn't want to worry her or have her angry.
His relationship with his mother was formed more easily. Though Sakura really had no clue what she was doing at first either, she had that strong maternal love. She was amazed by how close she felt to both Shonin and his sister when they were born, even though in the beginning she was going crazy trying to handle two kids between herself and Hiei. But when they started giving her enough time to breathe between feeding them and burping them and changing them, she was still very attached, holding them and playing with their hands until she had to feed, burp and change them again.
