Name :: Richard McCleery, refers to himself as Neno, for some unknown reason.
Age :: Late thirties, but appears to be in his early 20s, possibly late teens.
Height :: 6'1"
Weight :: 300 pounds. WITHOUT most of his gear. (Jacket, hat, and cat)
Race :: Twilight Kin
Appearance :: Commonly wears multiple layers of clothing, hiding his actual appearance from anyone who meets him. Most commonly, this attire consists of a heavy jacket, a black fedora, and a long red scarf. He wears this regardless of the weather, and in fact, unless temperatures are extreme, doesn't seem to be bothered.
Under all this clothing, Neno's body seems to be divided into light, his right side possessing silvery skin, and a gold eye, and darkness, his left side dark, with his eye glowing a spectral purple. His hair, which is only present on his 'light' side, is also silver in color, while his dark side only possesses a wisp of darkness that seems to be an extension of his head.
History :: Neno was born a rather normal human being, or so it seemed. In truth, he'd been born on a Solstice, in fact, during the moment when night and day were exactly equal, with both the sun and the moon in the sky. This rare eventuality caused both light and shadow to notice the boy, and both, at the age of 5, made their move. Neno soon discovered that shadows would move to protect him if he was in danger, sometimes quite violently, while no matter how dark it seemed to others, there always seemed to be light where Neno looked.
As time went on, though... Neon began to seem less and less normal... it started with his hair, which slowly turned silver on one side, while turning almost black on the other, beginning to fuse into a single mass. The transformation then continued, his body beginning to change to a silvery substance one one half, while the other became black, merging with his hair. His eyes were the last to change, one turning gold, and the other... a glowing purple orb.
He was banished from his hometown as a result, traveling across the world, hiding his true form from anyone he encountered, until he made his way to Italy, hearing of a Battle Arena there. He felt that perhaps, he could learn to control his power better once he got there, learning from the various warriors there.
Personality :: Neno is used to being called a monster when someone sees what he really looks like, so usually hides what he really looks like. The only exception to this, is if he has to fight someone, in which case he will remove most of his outer layers of clothing, revealing his bizarre form and using it as a form of psychological warfare.
Weapons :: Neno doesn't have any weapons, but instead forms beams of light, which he can use as swords, or even defensive 'wings' of a sort. He can also change the shape of his shadow half's arm to form wicked claws, and extend his reach.
Weapon Information :: Light Array Swords: A set of six energy beams Neon tends to form during combat, arraying them behind his back like wings, which he'll use like swords, or a shield, having found that grouping them together, and making them rotate like a propeller can dispel some attacks. He can control the swords as a group, or make them all move independently.
Claw: Exactly as it sounds. Neno's right arm transforms into a monstrous black arm, complete with VERY long claws. He can also cause this arm to extend, making it act almost like some kind of tentacle.
Armor :: Neno doesn't usually wear armor, but his body has become so resilient, he actually doesn't need it, although unlike armor, his body is a bit more difficult to repair after an intense battle. His body is weaker against physical attacks, although his weight offsets this a bit. In other words, while not easy to knock around, he IS rather easy to cause actual damage to. Energy attacks, however, don't work nearly as well for some reason.

Spells :: No actual spells, although he can form various creatures out of shadow, making them fight on his behalf. He can also create weapons, walls, and spheres out of light, giving him a formidable arsenal.
Spell Information :: Shadow cat: Usually used for espionage, but he actually keeps one such cat constantly formed. Faust, the cat that rides around on his head, unless he puts him elsewhere.
Shadow Hound: Used to track targets, then attack them, while Neno catches up.
Shadow Dragon: One of Neno's more formidable attacks, as the dragon acts independently of Neno, and in fact, cannot truly be controlled by Neno, limiting him to two choices. Leave it alone, or dispel it.
Light Weapons: Usually creates the Light Array Swords as a display of this ability.
Light Wall: Acts as a shield against physical attacks, but can only block these attacks for a few seconds. (read, one round of posts)
Light Sphere: Acts as a turret of sorts, firing lasers at the target until dispelled, or it runs out of energy. (takes three rounds)
Special Abilities :: Can control both light and shadow, and draw both into himself to empower his skills, or use one to augment the other, I.E. using light to intensify shadows.
