As per usual, gaia is being a poor example to it's age 13 and up players. What kind of names are wtf and omfg for the minimonsters fish? I happened to take the time to research a bit and found that some of these are not what chat speak usually indicates for a meaning, but I doubt very seriously if the younger players bother with any meaning search. I'm quite sure that what these chatspeak terms indicate is what most players will assume they mean, not very nice words to say the least.
Gaia authors/game designers are adults who should be good role models for a site that has such huge traffic with very young players. Is it really necessary to have fish names that imply lewd profanity? Is there no other name one can come up with? C'mon gaia...what is the problem with you...is it your intention to spread the filth and encourage your young players with this filth.
I almost started to buy gaia cash, I am so glad I didn't. I don't know about you gaia.
Plan to check back occasionally, but my continuance on this site is more than likely done. I will miss the special people I met along the way. My morals are being tested here though, because I find this site is licking the bottom of the trash barrel once again. Gaia, you really should be ashamed of yourself. Such a wonderful site in so many ways, I am sad about it and will miss the good stuff.
I love and care for children. Its important to see them, (gaia users 13 & up are still kids in my eyes), instructed with morality and kindness toward others. Adults need to be the best examples we can. I am a humble follower of Jesus
