We had an icecream cake party in school today due to our class winning the Halloween event that the school put on. Mr. Petersen, being the nicest homeroom teacher on the face of the planet, bought five pizzas for us and agreed to let us have a talent show. That was how we spent the last hour and a half of school today. Some of the acts included: A remake of the Wiskus commersial by Chris, Lisa and someone else... I forget smile Juggling by Owen (He juggled five balls at once. Screw you sick minded people.) Something with sticks by Bradley A WHOLE lot of comedy by Chris A song by David and Nick (Nick sounded great, David on the other hand....) Two songs by Emma, Grace, India and me (I was the cool kid in the corner pounding on a desk to the rap part, lol). This is one of the songs which is dedicated to David, who always has his shirt unbuttoned. (It was really made up by Emma and Grace and intended to be cheesey)

Unbuttoned Lyrics: Edward Markson Melody: Samual DuFranc Produced by: Groundstomp Records 2006
When I lie awake in bed, My mama says to me, Work real hard son, do your best And love will set you free,
As a young lad don't know what that means, 'Till I see a striped polo tee, All may be fair in love and war, But that shirt, it sets me free,
(Chorus smile Unbuttoned, with each one loose, I manage to avoid lifes tugging noose, The shirt flows freely, No buttons to hold me down, Unbuttoned, with each step I take, I realsie these buttons are mine to break, And now with the cool air hitting my chest, I realise this feeling conquers the rest,
*dramatic drum solo* *opening bass and guitar riff* Unbuttoned.... *instrumentals continue* Unbunttoned.... (Oh yeah, oooh yeah, oh) Unbutton...ed *dramatic pause* *Sudden change to rap* The beat. It feels so good. Pulsing. Through my shirt. Now fellas, make some noise, because.... *anouther dramatic pause* *Original tempo and melody* The morning had come, (ooh yeah) Yeah, time to get dressed, A striped polo tee upon my chest, (oh whoa biscuit)
(Chorus)
Mabye I'm just one confused young kid, Sitting 'neath the stairs, But watch out world, here I come, My destiny is done, (for now) Money in my pocket, Earned from a hard day job, Used to buy myslef a gift, Some scissors to set me free, I use them to snip my collar, To make it more like me, (Unbuttoned...)
(Chorus)

There ya go. If you don't like it, you shouldn't have read it. I told you it was cheesey.
After the talent show, we sang christmas carols (yes, in Novemeber), dansed and disturbed other classes wink . And one of the best things about this class is that no matter what you do, no one really cares enough to judge you. It's great when you're bad at singing like me. Hehehe
Omg, that was long.
