"Tenten, sweetie, come here please!" shouted her mother as Tenten rushed down the stairs.
"Yes mom? Is something wrong?" Tenten asked nonchalantly.
"No, nothing's wrong, but something's right." replied her mother with a smile. "Do you know that top-selling manga that your father bought a couple weeks ago?"
Tenten was confused. "Oh, uh, yeah! That romance tragedy one with he quiet protaginist. What was it called again? Love Without a Thought?" Tenten put her finger to her mouth. "No, that doesn't sound right...."
Her mother laughed. "Ha! Close, very close. Love Without A Voice, and guess who was just assigned as its new writer!"
Tenten's face immediately lit up. "Oh wow mom! Seriously? You are-"
Her mother nodded. "Yup. Can you imagine, me, writing for one of the most popular manga in Japan!"
"That's great!" Tenten said, all smiles.
"Yes, but I may have problems. I've only written for shonen manga, so it'll be a bit tough."
Tenten shook her head. "No, not at all! You're a great writer mom!"
Her mother sighed, and then frowned. "Sweetie, you and I both know you're the brains behind everything."
"Oh, but mom-"
"So I want you to write the next installment."
"Wait, what?" Tenten said in shock, "But wait, what if I mess up the storyline?"
Her mother laughed. "Tenten, you haven't messed up a storyline yet!" Tenten was about to protest, but her mother cut in. "But, if you do anything wrong, I'll fix it. Now the dead line is in 2 months."
"Well, uh.... alright." Tenten says, slightly unconvinced. She neve thought of herself as a writer before.
