When you're out of high school, what are your plans? What are you going to do with your life? What do you want to be when you grow up? What career pathway are you interested in? Do you plan on going to college? What will be your major? .......... burning_eyes
Why do teacher's ask so many questions? As I progress further and further down the road of high-school the questions seem to pile up higher.....and higher and higher. And my only answer to these questions is "IDFK" so stop asking.
"Oh well, before you know it you'll be going to college so you better start thinking of what you want to be Vivian."
"....Ok"
I've put to thought what career pathway, or..profession I'm most interested in but can never settle on one choice. I'm a very indecisive person...but yeah, the conversation continues...
"I have no idea what I want to be though teacher, can you please enlighten me?
"Oh well Vivian, it's common for children your age to be unsure of what profession they are interested in, could you start with telling me what you enjoy doing?
"Sleeping.
And then the other problem arises. I don't do much of...anything asides Eat, exercise, study, sleep, and game, that is if i can squeeze it in. Most people like to communicate and mingle or play sports or go shopping, or read or...yeah, I don't do any of that.
I like reading though, but who has time for that.
"Really is that all you're interested in Vivian?
"Well, I do like using computers...
"Maybe you should be a computer programmer then!
The final problem. My parent's don't believe in the existence of other jobs asides lawyer, doctor...lawyer, and finally doctor. A computer programmer? I can see them laughing already. To be honest, I don't know if I even want to be a computer programmer, but it's not really an option anyway so...
Yeah. Maybe I should just be a doctor.
