I figure that I might as well start typing these out
for everyone to read...
I'm not a picky person. So hold your breath.
ABOUT ADDING:
- If you add me, I will comment you confirming that I added you. But if I added you, I will expect the same from you.
- That being said... I don't care if you comment me with some elaborate post or if you're even in character. I actually hate that starting out. I just want a hi and hello from you, and maybe talk to you for a bit so I can get used to you. Then we'll talk about some kind of roleplay.
- Please don't pester me if I don't choose to add you. It's very annoying.
- I only add roleplaying accounts. No real life, no girls (I'm a character for christ's sake) no nothing. Leave me alone.
- Sorry... but I will not add or accept roleplayers outside of FFVII, unless you're a friend.
- Don't have expectations of me - I'm very different from other roleplayers. I've been roleplaying for ten years, so don't judge me.
ABOUT STARTERS AND REPLIES:
- I like the plan out my roleplays before I even do them... this is why I don't like sudden posts from nowhere. Well, if I already know you, I do. Because then I know what to expect and I know how to reply. But if you suddenly post to me and I have no idea who you are... or I'm not use to your character... Don't be too hopeful about a reply.
- I'm sorry I'm picky about the above. But I'm used to roleplaying with groups or pairs of people that I'm already really good friends with. I'm not like other roleplayers; I can't think of things out of the blue when I don't even know what I'm doing.
- Don't badger me about replying. I will get to it when I get to it. Just because I don't reply doesn't mean I never will. If I can't think of a suitable post, then I'll let you know.
- Don't badger me about sending you a starter, either, for the very same reason. I tend to procrastinate and I have many places to be at once, but I will get back to you.
ABOUT MY CHARACTER:
- I roleplay Rufus Shinra. Being that he has so very many plot holes in his character, I've gone through the liberty of filling them all in myself. There's many quirks about him, as well as some negative attributes, but please don't confuse him for me. I'm extremely different in person. What Rufus does does not mean I approve or do the same thing as well. That's why it's called roleplaying.
- Rufus can be very blunt, very harsh. While he does have a certain kind of kindness that he doesn't admit to, he isn't afraid to hurt someone's feelings, unless they're young and ignorant (children).
- He does have a weakness for children. Not a mushy wushy aww poor baby kind of way; his guard is simply let down by them. He, like anyone else, has a feeling to needing to help them. He will come to any child's aid, unless of course, that child is being rather foul to him.
- Rufus is married, and has three children of his own. I can do roleplays that seperate that factor out, but normally, I won't. Sorry.
- However, yes, Rufus is extremely flirtatious. He is a sadist and relishes on watching people whither under him. He controls people by exploiting their fears, and sometimes executes them. He also likes to sometimes throw people off with his seduction. Please don't complain to me about this. While this is all very true, Rufus does have self control, and it does not mean that he will go around raping or wooing everyone.
- Unlike other Rufus's out there, this Rufus does not have a stick up his a**, nor will he be a complete and total a*****e all the time. He is sometimes, but please... don't judge him.
- Once you get to know Rufus, he is a rather kind and interesting guy. So please get to know him first before you make any rash judgments. I really hate that.
ABOUT TOLERANCE AND ME:
- I'm sorry if I ever seem to be short-circuited, pushy, or rude. I never mean to be. I have certain expectations but I am not high strung. Please don't judge me and try and tell me I am what I am not. It's extremely annoying.
- I don't talk to noobs. Sorry. If you want to talk to me, you have to have a sense of grammar and sentence structure.
- If you try and talk to me and you can't seem to do either, nor spell, then expect a preaching. It really is NOT hard to use the shift button, people. Please, for the love of god, learn to type properly, and for the sake of making people's eyes bleed a little less, learn to spell. I speak English, so you better speak English too.
- I make exceptions with people I know or have met.
- I AM NOT A MEAN PERSON. Just because I said the above does not mean I'm not not willing to talk to ANYBODY. If you're not doing any harm to anyone, and you're a generally nice person, I'll talk to you.
- I like friends and I like keeping them. So I will talk to anybody. If you're a noob and you need help, I will help. Just please ask first.
- I do not roleplay-fight. Period. I think it's the absolute worst form of roleplaying in existence. It's a disgrace to true roleplayers.
- That being said... Do not ask me how to fight. Because I will tell you to forget it.
- I am not always in character. Don't ******** complain about it. I tend to be out of character in my comments, or messages, unless I'm doing a roleplay with you. Then I will have parentheses around whatever I'm saying. Otherwise... I'm out of character. I'm only in character when doing a roleplay.
- I'm a very kind and caring person. I love talking to people and I love when people talk to me. If you have any life issues, I don't care if it has nothing to do with me. I'll talk to you about it to make you feel better. All I care about is that everyone is happy.
- Trust me when I say I will or won't do something. If you don't want me telling people about something, then I won't. I can keep secrets very well.
- And yes, so everyone knows and doesn't get attached -- I am a girl in real life. If you're bothered by that... Sorry.
ABOUT EDITS AND ART REQUESTS:
- Yes, I do take art requests and requests for edits. I would be glad to do an edit for you, just ask me nicely.
- Normally I will get edits done almost right away. Depending on what kind of picture it is, the quality of it, and what you want me to do with it, it may take me longer.
- If an edit is going to take me longer than a few minutes or a few hours, I'll let you know, and I'll keep you updated on the progress.
- Please don't badger me about progress. I have other edits and requests I'm doing as well, I will let you know on how it's going.
- If I think the picture or your request is too difficult, I won't do it, but I will let you know. I'm sorry.
- I'm not the best artist on the entire planet... If you ask me to draw something, I will try to the very best of my ability. There's no guarantee that I'll do the best there is.
- I do pixel art. This is art that's drawn on the computer, in MS Paint. I can do MUCH better is Paint than I can with a pencil, so if you don't like it, I'm sorry. I'll make sure that I make the picture as awesome as I can.
