Welcome to my journal! I'll be keeping this updated with any artworks I've done recently, and any projects I'm working on.
I do commissions here on gaia so I'll be writing about those. I will also be posting and writing about any other artworks I've done recently. I sew a lot too so I'll be sharing some of that here.
There's not much to write about right this minute, so i'll just introduce myself a bit. My name is Louise, I'm 19 years old and I live in Wales in the UK. For the past year I've been studying fashion design but I recently dropped out as I didn't feel the course was right for me. My ultimate goal in life is to either become a fashion illustrator, or to have my own sewing pattern company. At the moment, my goal is both.
I absolutely love drawing, it's been a hobby of mine all my life but from ages 14-18 I didn't take it seriously. I never thought I could improve beyond a very basic level. Over the past few months I've been struggling a lot with anxiety and have been turning to drawing daily as an escape. My skills have improved so much and my confidence has improved even more. I've recently been trying to build up the confidence to share my work with other people. I've been blogging every single week and I've been enjoying it so much.
