Indeed they are. I woke up this morning, stretched, and realized I could see my ribcage through my skin. It was an awesome feeling of accomplishment. Then I weighed and realized I only weigh 142 now. I'm so extremely happy today now. If you don't know already, I won't be on the intarwebz mostly during the week seeing as how my internet connection was lost at my house thanks to my mum not paying the bill so I could have "such a fine luxury".
