Ryo Tashiba was once a little boy who didn't mean much to the world. No one paid much attention to him. But he paid attention to them. He saw all the crime being commited around Gaia, and he wanted it to stop. He decided that this must end. Ryo spent years of his life studying Martial Arts. He devoted most of his time to training. However, Ryo learned that crime was getting worse....
It was time to act. He created a costume to hide his identity....
Soon, he begun to fight crime. He was known at first as..A crazy ninja-guy running around town.
But soon, people changed their thoughts. After more people witnessed Ryo saving people, they thought he'd be one of the town's heroes. They questioned what his name was. Cardinal Ninja, he replied.

Soon, he gained much recognition. One day, however, a villain had created a weapon that was going to be used to kill young Ryo. The villain, the Anti-Gaian, lured Ryo into his lair and when he had Ryo where he wanted him...It was time to strike.

Anit-Gaian created a machine that would strap Ryo to the wall when Anti pressed a certain button. He used this machine now, and Ryo was trapped.

But a miracle occured. Citizens had seen what happened. Now they managed to break windows and throw rocks at Anti. One of the thrown rocks hit Anti's weapon, which sent a ray of reddish color toward Ryo.

Ryo was hopeless. He accepted his fate...

When the ray hit Ryo, he suddenly felt...stronger..faster..more agile...

Ryo immediatly burst out of Anti's trap. Soon he noticed that he was...Flying! Wtf?

He got over this new ability soon; he needed to act fast. He flew towards Anti, dodging bullets. Ryo knocked Anti unconscious and found something horrible.

Anti's machine was spewing sparks and began to shoot rays everywhere. Luckily, the citizens decided to take cover quickly. Ryo hadn't an idea of how to control that machine....He had to do something, though!

His decision was final. He was going to risk his life in an attempt to stop the machine. The rock must've hit the machine in a vital spot, Ryo thought. Maybe if he found where the rock hit the machine...he'd make some progress.

Ryo found the spot where the rock hit the machine. He created a small hole in the metal(thanks to his new powers) and saw what was wrong.

One of the many wires inside had been cut. The rock was very sharp, so it caused a sharp point on the inside of the machine to form and cut the wire. Ryo didn't know what to do exactly, but he decided to connect the wire to its other half.

This was actually successful. Ryo didn't see much of a difference because the machine was still spewing sparks, but he cut off the electricity and that was that. No good could have come if Ryo tried to cut off the electricity without connecting the wire.

Ryo took Anti and left the building. He placed Anti on the beach, and left. He thought it was kind of foolish...but he didn't want anyone to get hurt if the police attempted to arrest such a dangerous man.

Now, to this day, Ryo--or Cardinal Ninja--can be found leaping through the forums, searching for Anti-Gaian and any hints to his latest plan.
