1) I can CLEARLY see what your wearing and it ain't anywhere NEAR enough to buy what your after. Especially if your after a 100k item and only wearing 2k worth of stuff. I"M NOT BLIND!!

2) I'M NOT STUPID EITHER!!! I check the marketplace every day! Often more than ten times! I RESEARCH what I own so that I won't get ripped off by cheating n00bz like YOU!! That, and I check base prices and trends before selling ANYTHING via PM!! >_<;

I don't mind the help requests so much.
Begging for attention.
Throwing fits when they get told to stop doing something. (and then they rant that they're new and we should be nicer. XG)

And I especially can't stand it when you show up in towns or zomg and get a zillion friend requests right away from total strangers!! Strangers who turn out to be n00bz. N00bz who want to be your friend because you look rich and they hope you'll give something to them because of that.

I don't give stuff to the friends I DO have!! What makes them think I'll give THEM anything?

Listen here, n00bz. Just because we have more money than you does NOT mean we're more likely to give it to you. Or anyone else for that matter!!

We rich folks got that way because we worked hard for it and earned it. Not because we begged for it or befriended the "right people".

You want money? Do what we did. Post in the forums. Vote in polls. Vote in the Arenas. DO NOT ask others for their hard-earned gold.

And if you ask ME for gold, newbs/n00bz, you'll be reported and/or blocked. I have no patience for that nonsense. Do not even try. It is because of you types that I have stopped putting up items for bidding in my store. *hates those who give 5g and wait for listing to expire*

Yeah yeah. I know what your saying.

Reader: "But Aqua, aren't you a human too?"

Well I'm glad you noticed that! I'm not saying ALL humans are stupid... wait. Yes I am. But I don't mean it like that. I'm not trying to DISS any of you-err... us. *sigh* Let me explain.

Have you ever taken a good look at the news? You see the groups of people outside of a mall or big public event? Yep. There they are. Humans. What's that? Well of course they don't look all that dumb right now. Watch.

See that? There are terrorists/gunmen in that group. Aaaand.....THERE! Some of the Humans have noticed the gunmen. Yep. and now those few are running. Now the rest of the group is panicking and running as well. Most of them haven't even seen any threat yet.

So why are they running?

Easy. Those are humans. Humans are dumb and panicky. If someone is running, they automatically THINK that there is a threat and they run too. They sound alot like sheep don't they?

The gunmen haven't even shot a single round. Those gunmen could pop a bunch of balloons and everyone would run screaming because they saw other people running and assume the worst.

Actually I think that would be a little funny. Send some people into a crowd and tell them to run and scream; when the crowd hears the balloons pop, they'll think it's gunfire and run aswell. Like ants swarming, they'll trample eachother trying to avoid being killed by the "gunfire".

WARNING!! I am NOT condoning that people should do this. If it does happen, I waive all responsibility for it. It is merely an analogy. NOT a plan for mass hysteria. Funny to think about. NOT funny if it actually happens. Please don't get mad at me.

NOW do you see? Humans are dumb. Individuals are fairly intelligent. Get individuals together and they create a crowd. Of humans. Crowds of humans are dumb and panicky.

(Actually, I've met some pretty stupid individuals. The sad thing is, the more of them there are in a crowd, the dumber the crowd. Which is probably why I hate crowds. ;D )


There. I am finished ranting. I forgot why I decided on this topic originally, but I hope I've.... aw heck. Just critique me for my thoughts already.

I'm 17. Compared to most people, I'm a newbie in life. I've found out something that my mom says other people can take a lifetime to learn, and I'm going to share my knowledge with you all.

I find that the nicer you are to others, the more likely others are going to be nice to you. Giving to others without expecting anything in return means so much; and if you are poor, it means that much more when you give something up to someone else.

Most newbs start out life on Gaia as greedy little gold hoarders. They end up hated by all of Gaia because they beg others for gold and lie and cheat and spam to get it. They begin this game by collecting enemies.

NEWBS!!! If you learn ANYTHING on this site, learn this!!! If you want gold, be kind to others!! Why? Because later on, maybe in a few years when your questing for something important to you, no-one will donate to you because all they see is that spammy, mean, greedy little newb who trashes other peoples topics begging for stuff he/she should have earned on their own.

Because this single generous newb donated whet little he had to me, who has SO much more; when he finally decides to go on a quest, I'll help him. I'll donate ALOT more to him than he did to me. And all because he was generous. And to someone who is alot better off than he.

When he did that, he got more than the satisfaction of doing something kind to help a stranger. Not only did he earn a rant from me, he earned a friend.

I hope everyone who reads this gives CCharmanderK, at the very least, a pat on the back. For showing all the other newbs out there the right way to do things here on Gaia.
