My daughters dad kicked me out on the 14th of august...saying he was leaving me and taking the baby...i got her back the next morning...i was in a shelter for a week and a half.Now basicly im only allowed to go outside of my new house, lol, and thats about it because if he finds us he'll take her away from me.He's already filed for custody and im just waiting on legal aid now.
The bad thing is he didn't even want her...he wouldn't even take care of her really for the first month and a half. He never even woke up at night when she cried...i had to wake him up so i could get some sleep...he even called cps on me saying i never gave her a bath, which isn't true.
My friend was living with us for the first two months of my daughters life and it was me and her that always bathed her...he bathed her once by himself and helped once....he also told them that i would never change her diaper...that every time she cried i would shove her onto him all sorts of BS...but yeah that about sums it up
