Name: Chronos XIII Aeon
Hair: Chronos's hair is black in coloration, and just has an abundance of hair. He has a series of side bangs that just avoid falling into his eyes, and they almost seem to defy gravity, rising slightly into the air, before plummeting to an end just above his shoulders. The rest of his hair is just marginally shorter than his bangs, coming to a rest about halfway his neck. This is a reaaaally perfect of example of how his hair would look: x
Chronos also has a headband, in a similar position to that of the picture's. However, his is much more slender in the front, and it is knotted under his mane of hair. After the headband is knotted, the two ends start off rather slender, but gradually widen in width as they drop to around the level of his waist. The headband is a slightly darkened gold color (a brighter version of bronze?).
Eyes: The inner part of Chronos's iris (the part bordering the pupil) is a bright golden hue, that gradually transitions to the lightest shades of red, orange, and even subtle touches of green, like autumn! (The gold takes up around half the pupil, while the other colors take up the other half.) The pupil is a really dark brown, so just black, really.
Clothing: Erm...I'll get back to you on this one! >.<
Other Accessories: Around Chronos's neck is a length of golden chain that form a necklace. It drops down to midway between the armpit and the elbow. At the end of the necklace is an extra link from which a black, wooden hourglass hangs. The sand within is a bright golden color (with magical sparkles!) and there is enough sand to measure precisely a minute and thirteen seconds. On both of the two faces of the hourglass is a miniature clock engraved in tarnished gold. The strange thing about these clocks is that they go up to a mysterious thirteenth hour. (The numbers are written in Roman Numeral Form).
The whole hourglass seems to pulse with a very faint electric blue glow.
Abilites: Chronos has the ability to either go back in time or stop time at intervals of a minute and thirteen seconds. Both tasks are extremely draining, but going back in time is especially so. With each interval, the hourglass draws on more and more of his life energy and it becomes harder and harder to turn. (Note that Chronos cannot turn the hourglass more than once at a time. When he turns it, he must wait until the minute and thirteen seconds of either time stop or the going back into the events of a minute and thirteen seconds has been successful, before attempting to turn it once again. As he gets more and more fatigued with each turn drawing away his life force, he definately won't be able to turn the hourglass right after jumping back or the time stop.)
Remember the clocks on the faces of the hourglass that go up to thirteen? When they strike thirteen, the world goes still for an hour of time, except Chronos still gets to move. This only occurs on the 13th of every month, though he has the ability to shift it later or sooner, the process would drastically take from his life energy and dramatically weaken him. He can also choose to go without it, which would not affect his health at all.

That is all I have thought of at the moment, annnd I must go back to all my work. Otherwise, I may not survive to dream up more things for Chronos. (His name can relate to "Father of Time" for the way :3)
