- It had been a long journey. It always was. The punishment I bare I clearly visible by the attire I am in. Branded as an outsider. Punished as a criminal. Beaten every time I spoke. I fled that horrid place and searched for life anew. I continue to wear these as a sign that I refuse to give in. As a way to show people I am proud of what I do.
- Many years passed since I left that day. Since then I have become a mercenary. A priest that had hope for me suggested it. Honestly I was shocked that a man of the cloth would suggest such a thing. But he gave me money and said purchase a good strong weapon, Then bring it back here. When I brought it back he blessed it. He said go forth and help those in need of it. For some reason I felt an overwhelming power coming from this man. And for some reason I listened.
- And so started my travels. I have grown well accustom to combat and violence. Yet the words of the priest have never let me go into a berserk state of bloodlust. But in a battle not long passed I was hired to slay a dragon that had been terrorizing the locals. I thought not much more than of the wealth it would bring.
- I went to the cavern on the mountain where the villagers claims had point me. And here I found the dragon. But with the dragon was two baby dragons. One very sickly, and the other already passed on. The mother appeared ill as well. I felt sorry for the dragons. The mother looked at me. I still cannot understand what happened that day. But the look she gave me told me to take care of the young dragon.
- And so now Gwee is with me in all my travels. And a fine companion he is.
