'The Truth Inside'
Sometimes I often wonder Who I truely am. I'm not a rocker, I'm not a clown I'm not a girl who sleeps around.
I'm not a partier, I'm not a geek. Athlete or actress? None of them are me. Why should I care?
I care because of society, Because of who we are. But what if, What if I don't fit? Just because...
I know that I'm a writer, musician, friend and artist. I know that I love music And I cross the barriers of normality. But what does that mean?
It means I am me. It means I won't conform. I am different. I am unique. I am me.

'Bullies'
Some people do not like me, Because I'm not like them. They laugh and point and say, "Get outta here you freak!"
Now I'm out of High School, Away from all the kids The world has a new light, I didn't know was there.
Because they laughed and pointed, Because they were so mean, It made me come to realize I did the right thing.
I didn't get too angry, I didn't show the hurt, I didn't let them win, And here I am today.
So thanks to all the bullies, You made me realize, That friends are true, That life is best, And you? You’re still in school.

'Flying Free'
Flying Soaring through the sky The breeze in my face. The sky beckons me. Calls to me.
But my wings have been clipped The cage has been locked, all I can do is sit and wait. Listening. Waiting.
Soon the door will open And soon i will be set free. back to the breeze. High above the sky. Flying ever free.

'Silence of the Night'
Inspired by the fires, Inspired by the talk, Inspired by the sounds, The silence of the night.
The innocence of youth, The guilt that fills the night, The love that seems so faint In the silence of the night.
But the voices soon will fade, The fire soon will die, The talk will fade to nothing, But the silence will still stay.
The silence of the night, The sound that still holds true, The uninterrupted peace, That fades in dawns first light, But for now I shall sit, in the silence of the night.

'Hidden Secrets'
The forest, in the cold failing light May seem dreary and inhuman. But it is my home. My home is not made of cold steel and thick walls, Nor is it a land of the corrupt of violet. It is a place of solitude, Of mystery.
The crackle of a fire as it warms my shivering body This forest gave itself to me, So I can live. And I sit, Drawn to its beauty, revolted by its purity, Calmed by its simpleness.
I have invaded this sacred land. I have come without welcome. But if I listen to the words, That many have failed to hear, I will learn its hidden secrets And I will be accepted As part of this land

'I Believe'
I believe in the moon and the sun and the stars the trees the rivers, the rocks and seas. I believe in these walls, for I know they are real. I can See them, I can touch them, they're a part of this world.
Though these words may ring true There is something quite wrong. What of life and love and friendship and passion? I cannot see them nor touch them but I know they are there.
A mother giving birth, a child playing in the park The look in your eyes when I tell you 'good morn' The deep dark secrets and giggles at night The fire that burns in both you and I
These things we take for granted, I do believe in these things. For though they are not the sun nor the stars, they are just as real If you believe.
