I'm still at Wendy's, though I am still sixteen. Just eight more days until my birthday. It's a bit of a bittersweet thing, really. I really want to get sixteen over with, but I'm not really looking forward to growing up. I want to improve my art still, the only thing I'm actually half decent at. I know if I applied any time soon, I wouldn't get in, though my teachers say differently. Mr. Greenberg always tells me that he loves my style and that I'm one of the only kids in my AP class that know what they're doing, but I really envy some of the other students in there. I never thought I really excelled in that class but whatever. I'm taking it again next year. I need scholarships too. I wonder if I could stretch my knee problems into a "disability." I seriously doubt it, since it's not like I'm going into anything physical. Just art. It may be worth milking it if it means helping me scrape up what little funds I'll have for college. Maybe I should just stop spending my money from work. I make a decent amount, even though I'm working my a** off almost every day. It's such a little reward for my horrible lack of free time, especially since half of it is just for my car. So as I was saying, I have well over a dozen applications in and around the mall at the moment. I know I have to be 17 to work there, but I need two weeks notice anyways. I'll be 17 by the time I started a new job. They'll probably all call my on my birthday. Those bastards. I just want out of Wendy's. I can't stand it there. The managers know how much the newer employees undermind me, though they do it themselves sometimes. I know how to do just about everything there, and yet there are dumbasses making way more than me. All my applications are requesting 7.50 per hour. That's barely anything, but they still won't even call me? I just want out of the same hell I've been working at for almost two years.
Oh well, I'm getting quite a nice tax return this year.

Yeah...so it's summer.
I got a $15k car a few weeks ago, my learner's permit two days ago, broke my ipod, and got a new one for free. Yay me. I have 2 out of 40 driving hours done with. I have until October, so it's all good. I so suck at driving. Well...turning. I do it a bit too sharply, and it's not so great going by my mother's directions. I have to wear my glasses. sad They're icky, and my eye's have gotten worse. I can drive with them, but can't walk around wearing them. I'm getting new ones soon...hopefully.
I just realized that Pie still has my Dynasty Warriors game for psp. School's over, but that shouldn't be a problem since he still shows up at my house on a regular basis.
I'm being seduced somehow...don't ask.
Summersummer~~I still haven't gone swimming. I'm going on vacation on the 25th for a week. We're going to some place in Pennsylvania. Bla. Oh well, it's not Lancaster. I want to find a random Amish boy, and kiss him. I don't know if I would get in trouble or not...
Lalala~seduction is better than constant feet ticklingIthink~

[/fweee~]
Today has been so awesome. School, eh. I had my unit 9 test in Math, and it was pretty easy, but that wasn't the highlight of my day. Health...learned about STDs. Ew. Forget school. It was stupid.
When I came home from school, my mom said she had a few things to discuss. Gut reaction: I was in trouble. Nope.
First, she told me that because of me recently getting her into sushi, she no longer wanted to go to crabtowne for steamed crabs. If you don't know my mom, you just have to know that she is like most true Marylanders - obsessed with crabs. Since she would rather have sushi than crabs, I get more fish. Yay~ So, we went out for sushi today. It was really yummy.
Then...my mom said that it was about time I went for driver's ed classes. She said that she was going to first give me $1000 to buy a cheap used car, but later decided that it probably wasn't that great of an idea. Instead, she looked around for new cars that didn't cost too much.
By september, after I get my permit and a new job, I'll have a Chevy Aveo. The one I want costs around $13,000, but she said that she could probably get it down to about $11,500. My parents would put a thousand on it as a down payment, and I would pay the monthly payments on it. They would pay for my insurance. ^^
I went to check out the car, and it is soooo cute~ There is a 4-door sedan, and a 5-door hatchback. The hatchback is so adorable. It's really tiny, but has alot of space inside, and it really looks more like a little remote control toy. The orange and aqua models are especially nice.
I can't wait until September. ^______^ heart
