Friendship Problem makes me very sad...

Jagerynn, best friend
So, Jean always tells me not to be Jagerynn's friend, calls me for fun, sits at my table during reccess!! I find it very distrubing! I let my friends spy on her and they told me that Jean said that she wants to be my best friend!! I want to tell her I hate her, don't want to be her friend and get lost!! But she is a crybaby!! So I dont dare to do so!! Help me!!
