Powers: Like most vigilante in Watchmen, Barracuda has no obvious "super powers." Barracuda mainly uses a katana with an unorthodox swordsmanship that he taught himself within the three years that he was with Rorschach; one of the skills that is shown is that he can hover in the air by propelling his sword with his mechanical arm, which was designed and built by Nite Owl II. Though his skills may not be the type of sword style that many would use, he is still a master swordsman as shown when he is able to slice through a lock that gave an entire team of SWAT officers more trouble.
If Rorschach is strong then Barracuda is fast, for his acrobatic capability and agility are above normal. Shown when he runs across walls, ascending or descending buildings by jumping back and forth between walls; he also shows his well rounded acrobatic skills when he had to climb structures and jumping from platform to platform to escape from the police that surrounded the house, or when he had to fight Ozymandias he uses his agility to dodge most of Veidt's strikes.
He is also gifted with semi-telepathic immunity, due to the prosthetic arm. The wires, that control the arms, are connected through the brain which forces Barracuda to focus on his left arm, thus making telepath like Professor X and Emma Frost difficult to enter through his head, but this does not mean they can't enter his mind.
Strengths: Technology, Hacking, and Photographic Memories; while personality wise he is an understandable guy who is willing to listen to people’s problems.
Weaknesses: He is very shy around women and talking in group.

Background: After the Second World War, crime rates had gone up dramatically; often times, the police couldn't keep up. It was around those times that several masked heroes started to appear, also known as the Minutemen. But unfortunately, the public was not very accepting of them. Many were killed... some went crazy or just disappeared.
After the Minutemen, though, six heroes continued to fight during the time of the Cold War; the Watchmen; Dr. Manhattan, Nite Owl, Silk Spectre, The Comedian, Ozymandias, and Rorschach. But in time, even they seemed to have broken apart. Most retired, but not for Rorschach. He was the only one that continued to fight as he had previously, but his own methods changed. He was ruthless to criminals, though it's unclear exactly why. But he became a wanted man due to his methods, one of the most feared in the city of New York.
But not for the young Irish teen who, also like Rorschach, saw the true face of the world when he lost his arms and his parents, for the sake of the ‘American Dream’ to live on. Disgusted with the evil that corrupt the US, he too became a vigilante that went by the name Barracuda; later, he and Rorschach teamed up and began to fight evil that corrupted the land that was known as America; though Dan was distressful that a ‘child’ joined in this madness, he nonetheless gave him an advance mechanical prosthetic arm to at least help him live through this harsh land.
For a long time it continued this way, but 3 years later, the Comedian was killed. Everything that happened is unclear, so Rorschach documented his ‘mask killer’ theory and his thoughts all in a journal; while Barracuda began to interrogate all the masked villains to see if either one of them were responsible for the Comedian’s death. One day, he finds a letter from a masked villain named Moloch, thus making him and Rorschach to go to Moloch and interrogate him.
But it was a trap, for the two visited Moloch only to find him dead, shot through the head. The police, tipped off anonymously over the phone, surround the house; Barracuda managed to escape while Rorschach was arrested after the fight.
A week later, Barracuda finds Nite Owl and Silk Spectre II, and explain to them what had happen. After the explanation, the two other vigilantes, begin to take Rorschach’s 'mask killer' theory seriously and break him out of jail. While Doctor Manhattan comes back from his exile to transport Silk Spectre II to Mars. Rorschach and Nite Owl enter underworld bars to find out who ordered the assassination attempt on Veidt, while Barracuda hacked into Veidt’s computer too see if there is any info on where Ozymandias is.
The three then discovered that the one who ordered the assassination on Veidt was none other than himself, Adrian Veidt. The three flew to Antarctica, where after they meet Ozymandias they learn the true nature of the conspiracy and Veidt's motivations – to unite the world against a perceived alien, Dr. Manhattan, and stop the possibility of a nuclear holocaust.
Enraged by the man’s way of thinking, Barracuda recklessly fought against Ozymandias with Rorschach and Night Owl, and when Veidt lures him to the intrinsic field, Adrian activated the machine; thus Barracuda was torn to pieces from the force of the generator, making everyone believe he was killed.
But that was not the case, as Barracuda survive, but was transported to another dimension; where there are people who have superhuman powers like Dr. Manhattan.
Sample RP: As Conner jumped over roofs from roofs, he saw his destination, the X-Mansion. With another leap the ninja-like teen then jumped into the air and spun his sword like a helicopter blade; making him hover in the air. As he lands silently in the courtyard he walked towards the mansion, silently.
Conner calculated the distance between him and the window; then with a sigh, the ninja ran up the wall. Conner gritted his teeth as the soles of his shoes dug into the brick wall, launching him up into the air, while not letting anyone see from the window. He reached out, grabbing firmly onto a window pane on the second story. Taking a deep breath, he started to haul himself up into the open window.
Underneath his dark hood, he peered around the hallway.
"Looks like I'm safe...for now..." he muttered as he walked quietly through the hallway.
