Now this is the checklist, please answer ALL questions. You can copy paste the list into the PM and answer next to it, or just answer the questions free form. If it isn't applicable, just mention it in the PM or write N/A after the question. I will explain the subjects after the checklist, so scroll down if you are confused, or PM me if me explanation doesn't answer your questions. IF there is a star before the subject, it's mandatory. You can't skip or write N/A. If you choose to not specify something, I will charge you the cheapest price and will do whatever I'm in the mood for. Sometimes this gets you far more than you paid for. ^-^

First is always your name as you want it to appear in the picture. I always mark the picture with the recipient's name somewhere to avoid theft. You can use your screen name, a nick name, whatever.

The subject is who, or what, you want in the picture. If it is an OC, please be very descriptive and clear about what they look like. If it's someone on Gaia and you want their avatar to be drawn, please type their whole screen name as it appears on their account, I will send that person a PM. Drawing avatars is pretty inexpensive, so that's always easy ^-^

Text is any words that you want to appear, or not appear, in the picture. I will remove my signature from pictures, but it costs more because I risk having art stolen.

Style just has 3 options. Chibi, which is least expensive. Anime standard, which is your usual japanese anime with giant eyes and hardly scratch for mouth and nose. ^-^ Think tokyo mew mew, pokemon, etc. Pretty simple, although I prefer other styles. Man-hua, it is the chinese version of manga/anime, and is a little more realistic. Wolf's rain is the most well known manhua on TV. My sig is manhua. Manhua is the same price as anime.

'Date I would like it by' will not cost extra, it just gives me an idea of how to please my customers. If you say 'I NEED it by...', then it costs extra. I will try to give consideration to your times, but first come first served, unless you make it specifically needed by a certain time.

'price I was hoping for' gives me an idea of how much you want to spend. You can give a set figure, or a price range. I will definitely tell you if you are offering way too much, or way too little. And we can haggle until payday ^-^ Don't be afraid to offer or haggle, I'll be nice and I often make special exceptions if I have time. Also, please mark currency here. Whether it's gaia gold/dollars/yen/pesos/etc, I need to know how you intend to pay ^-^ Also mention if you currently HAVE the amount you are offering. I can hold onto the finished product while you work up some gold/etc, at no extra cost. Also, if you have something on my wishlist, it can definitely be used in the place of gold. The items will be considered as worth the average sell price in the market place.

The format is all about JPEG, PNG, SAI, PSD, BMP, PDF, etc. If you don't know what these are, just tell me what you want to use it for, and I can decide for you what you need.

In the commentary, please mention things like specific poses, alterations (if you wanted cat ears but they aren't on your avatar/etc), anything additional you wanted in your pic that you didn't already cover. Anything you feel you didn't mention can go here. ^-^
