Being nerdy, as per usual, I took this image from Nintendo's Japanese Diamond and Pearl page. Aside from Jun (the rival) being in a counter-post stance, all of the heights seem to be correct. It's difficult to find official art with the characters being accurate compared to one another, and I felt this was a great example! The lines do not match exactly with their hair because I was going by the sizes of their skulls as judged by their faces and forms of hair and various hats.
I specified it for Pokemon Fanart, because, when being nerdy, staying as close to canon as possible is our goal as fanartists! If not in style, at least with their proportions.
The brown line is for Doctor Nanakamado/Rowan.
The green line is for Jun, the player's rival.
The red line is for Kouki/Lucas; the hero character.
The pink line is for Hikari/Dawn; the heroine character.
