When you begin something new, sometimes you are a little afraid, right? Maybe nervous, or confusled. Well, I know how that feels. And it doesn't help when no one you know is there to help you. Well I suppose I should give a little advice to all those people who have felt that way before...But you will have to wait. HEHEHEHE...HE? If you are all hunky dory with your curent life style now, then think abou this. Next time you see a new kid in any new postion, or a new coworker, that has no clue what he/she is doing; just smile. Yah, that is right...all you have to smile. You see...smiling to someone will automatically make another person smile. (Unless that person is an ultimate grump!) And smiling send endorphines (or something like that) to your mind, that just makes you happier. No matter if that person is afraid or confused, at least they will be happy!

Yeah!!!! Then go up to them, shake their hand and say..."I know how you must feel, but don't worry! smile You'll make friends soon enough. I mean look, you have already started! Give another smile and continue your work.
(Later on you guys can have a grand ol' chat!!! Just don't get in trouble doing it)
