Being in this place
for most of my life
when I was only five
I had my first taste of a knife
Murder along with extensive bloodshed
to us its second nature here
you have to kill them first
to wash away your fear
A moments hesitation that costs you everything
no innocence or truth found
always watching your back or else
you'll have that knife in your back on the ground
No one you can fully trust
there's no where to turn
don't stay here too long
hopes and dreams will crash and burn
Get out of this place while you can
don't stay here longer than you have to
you have to look out for things constantly
the only one to count on is you
The ones set to protect you
they will only betray
you'll be stuck on your own
you have to find your own way....
