Chapter 2: Cross the living rag doll
Cross nodded. "Yep," he replied." So, I guess you don't remember anything about Eden Demonica?"
She shook her head. Cross sighed. " Wait!" he said, suddenly." If you're okay, then where is your brother?!" Alice looked confused. " My brother?" she asked. " I never had a brother." Cross smilied very sadly. " Ah," he said." Sorry, I forgot that you forgot about anything related to Eden Demonica." Suddenly, a rather small person came from one of Cross's pockets. It had the same look as Cross, but reminded Alice of Lock. The small doll looked up at Cross. " Cross, you have heard of holes in your dead-whatever zombie kind of pants," it said. " I mean, no, you don't have to be considerate to the people in your pocket!!!!" Lock's eyes lit up and she ran down and chased the other doll. " CHAIN!!!!" she yelled. " YOU'RE HERE!!YOU'RE HERE!!!!" Alice looked down as Lock and 'Chain' ran around in circles. Lock jumped on the other doll. " GET OFF OF ME, YOU VILE GIRL!" he yelled. Lock squeezed Chain harder. Cross sighed. " So...that's your doll...Alice?" he asked.
"Uh...ya," she said.
" So...what's her name again?"
" Lock. But, do you know who made her?"
Cross stopped. " Alice..," he said. " That's none of your concern. Believe me."
Alice stared at cross. " Well, if that person sent me Lock, then I believe I have a right to know about who created her!" Alice said, annoyed. Cross stared at her. Lock let go of Chain and climbed on Alice's bed.
