Just a human kid that wandered into the CDC's neck of the woods. Tina and Zapook really took a shine to him, but Zee only sees him as she sees most humans as a meal. It's pretty much like watching a Tom and Jerry episode with them, with Tina being the big mean bull dog that chases Tom away.
Mikey tries to use his gift to help others, including the member's of Tina's house. He's pretty intelligent and very mature for his age.
His only complaint is that he fears his gift will one day try him insane, and tries to find an off switch to his powers, and all his current attempts have failed.
