W00t! Day one is at an end! blaugh We finally got to a hotel after 19 hours of driving! o.O Lots of car time people! We woke up at 5 this morning and left at 6 for are trip, at 9 little Barry threw up, o.o man, he has a LOT in is stomach. eek Anyway we got to the Hoover dahm at 11:24 (we left at 12:24), it was pretty neat, lots of cement! >.< It was fun though, I think it was more crowded since the Transformers movie just came out, so everyone wanted to go there, you know those little secret towers that they 'walk' into in the show? Those are restrooms! blaugh Lol! So I got a kick out of that little bit. So, here are some pic for you to marvel at! Enjoy! blaugh

I got to talk to Travis for a bit when I was there on my cellphone, guess him and Collin are going to get a four star hotel by the beach for four days Luckys! blaugh I didn't realise that I said that as I was on a three week cross country trip till after words, it was funny blaugh Anyway, it was kind of funny the way he said 'four star' like it was special or something, here's how my family works, 5=sleep

So after that we went to Las Vegas, I've been there a lot, but never in the middle of the day, man that place is ghetto in day light! blaugh I still love Circus Circus though, it's the best place there! But ya, ghetto all the way, usually I'm only there at night, and then I just love it! I just love any place with lots of lights! That would be a dream date! Just two days in Vegas! blaugh although there are still lots of weird people there.. 3nodding It's worth it, just carry around a small steel pipe tied to your leg or something, good enough for me! blaugh But ya, that would rock! Two days in Vegas for a date! blaugh I love late night events, my family has me put to bed at eight cause when it gets to late I stay awake, can't sleep at a certain point, nine usually, so I have to go to bed at eight, after that though, WOOF!!! you know? Lol, anyway, after Vegas we just kind of drove, we went through Beaver, Utah and it turns out that that was the birth place of Butch Casady! Never knew that, *shrugs* we had McDonald's there! xp There is a McDonald's everywhere, I swear, no matter how small the town, McDonald's, well at least on this side of the state, the closer you are to Texas, the more common Arbby's is, in fact, more so then McDonald's, I go on way to many trips! blaugh if i know this! xp Anyway, we drove out of California and through Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho. Five states and one day! Lots of car time! Well, actually it wasn't one day, it was 12:30 in the morning when we got to this hotel, but that is with a time change, it's still 11:30 in Brawley, so this counts as one day to me! blaugh Man, still can't believe that my dad drove for 18hours! o.O from six in the morning to 11 at night, and with time change, it's 19 hours! blaugh oh, and a half! xp It was funny, at about 12:20 as we were driving, we were all wondering how my dad was doing it, so we were talking to him and he told us about how sometimes, when he was younger, he had to do 19 hour shifts at work, plus an hour for going there and an hour for going back! He said he would probably be good for another five hours, then, about five minutes later he said:

We asked him about it and he said it was just kind of levitating across the road for a second! blaugh So that's how we ended up in Poctalol, Idaho at this hotel, it's kind of nice, I get to swim in a pool! blaugh But I'm to lazy, I'm just going to sleep, but I just know I am still going to wake up at 5! xp well, that's day one! This morning was funny! Since we were in the hotel and we didn't have a computer, but I had my laptop that had Internet, Dad and Tony wanted to use my computer, I let dad on. Now, when we are at home normally we would beg dad for more time or when he came up behind use we would be like, just a little bit longer, so when I came up behind him he was like, just a bit longer! XD and later he said 'I would have been done now if you hadn't brought me Barry' lol, later I let Tony on, and when I was watching him, dad took the steel pipe that holds hangers in the closet and came up behind me, it was like, bam bam bam! It took me a second, but I jumped for it, went for him back. When he got me in a neck hold, I grabbed his neck, but I cut my nails and he has a thick neck, so I lost.. cry Well, at least he said I surprised him with my speed! 3nodding After that we found an army surplus story! eek they joys! blaugh I found some neat stuff and got some new pouches, and I found some of those fire starters that we used in Chemistry class with Mrs. Levi last year, so I got one each for Mark and Joey, more as a memory or a joke then as a gift, but I'm sure they will get a kick out of it! blaugh After that we got ready and drove for a bit till we got to Idaho falls, Idaho. They had the Dead sea scroll in there museum, and since we missed them when they were in San Diego, we decided to go, the set up was called 'Ink & Blood' It was interesting, I loved looking at all the old bibles and the scrolls 'ccoyoy' they seemed familiar, then again, they are famous scrolls. Turns out writing was banned by the Greeks, so the Christians invented books to better hide there bibles, no wonder I love books so much! blaugh I was interesting though, when I was in one of the rooms one of the museum workers asked for are attention, this quickly got my attention, I shifted to the side and, since I was a bit shocked at this, and instantly wondered if they had devices in the walls or around that could check for electronic activity (since none were aloud) and they are simple to make, I got ready, there were no butterflies what not like when I'm around Travis, it was normal, like it always has been, turns out it was just an announcement for a demonstration, now I went back to my 'studying' and I have to remember this and look into it, when I was one room over from the discover room, on the second floor, by the glass and clay bottle looking hand grinders, between two pieces, I got a tinkthrob, or tingrob, when I was near them, it was odd, since I wasnt near any of my normals or casual set offs, I stood to make sure, but it was definite. It was happening. In this museum. But what set it off and where? I walked over to the scroll piece on the wall to the right to not look to odd standing still to long, I faked interest in the piece, memorized the symbols, and read the billboard with detachment as I wondered why, yet as I did, it started to go fast. Not by much. But it did, with more of a beat, I wondered around the room seeing where it was stronger, Soon I was in a corner, as I did I noticed a billboard was blocking a part in the set up walls, it was like a corner, I could see what was over there, I wondered where it led to, and why it was hide, but I figured I could just play the wondering visitor role, since 1) There was no 'do not enter' signs. 2) There were a lot of people there, and they did have the dead sea scrolls and 3) it just led to another room right? I squeezed between the panels and walked silently around, till I got to a room, it was different from the others, instead of one paper in between glass, or billboards and videos, it was a bit darker, and there were full bibles. Colorful bibles, with yellowed pages, each one turned to a page, with a pattern of +2, ex. If first bibles was page 7, then +2, the next bible was page 9. I walked and read the pages, it was interesting to see the spellings, as I read, and remembered this was the royal bibles, thus no room for mistake, why so many typos? Were they on purpose? Many people just think that the spelling was the bad back then. Yet if it was, why is that not are current form of spelling? If it was correct back then, why not now? And why, in solid permanent ink, was it spelled 'wrong' here, yet 'correct' on the next page? Why have it spelled 'wrong' and instead of getting a new page, start decorating the page with hours of work and color and pictures. It was not a sign of laziness, since they put such details in the pictures and colors, the faces and curves of letters. So why a simple typo? Unless it means something? Do we shrug off such a small, yet major detail? Why does it mean? I have some pictures and I'm going to work on it later, I don't have the other pages, but I can probably get the swing of it and find some pictures of the other pages on the Internet. Anyway, Barry had a good time, since outside of the museum was a 'castle' (a medieval church) next to a railroad with a train. XD He got a kick out of that. After that we drove for a bit and there was some construction on the mountain roads, so it was a bit slow. We got to Jackson Wyoming and got a hotel at 'The painted buffalo' The hotel rooms were almost 400 dollars, normally they aren't that high, so I guess something is going on around here, I wonder what? there aren't any signs or anything, (and it's not the dead sea scrolls, since those are about 200 miles away, *shrugs* Oh well, we are getting are camp site tomorrow in Yellowstone, so three days with no showers! xp I made sure to take an extra long one tomorrow morning! xp I got some Internet to talk to Joey on my mule account, (since dragontika is locked for three weeks) and at 10, (nine over by Joey) I went out and walked around, since earlier I offered to watch Tony and Barry in the hotel room so mother and dad could have some time to relax from us blaugh So when they came Tony and dad went out to the indoor hotel pool to swim a bit, then I got to go out and walk. It's a nice town and there was lots to look at at 10 at nigh! blaugh There were some people hanging out at the park, they were pretty cool. There were lots of interesting people out, and I had a nice walk. After that I just got back to hotel and slept!
so yup! Day two is done!

This morning dad used my laptop again! rolleyes And so we got out of the hotel a little late, but we drove through Te ton national park around eight, or nine? We drove along a lake, and went exploring a bit, it was pretty, but they had NO signs, so we ended up going through he hole park without seeing doing the trails we wanted to, then again, we did that last time. They didn't do a very good job with there trails, in fact, almost all of the paths you have to go on with a park ranger in groups.. o.O man, Roosevelt would be pissed.. O.o We then got to Yellowstone, we did a few trails with the geysers, I have pics below, lots of trail! 3nodding We actually set up are campsite before that, so as we were going back we decided to go to town, we got pizza! YA! then headed back, Dad, Tony, and I went wondering around till we found a river and followed it for. 2, 3, maybe 5 miles, I got a bunch of goose feathers that I put in one of the new pouches I got at the army surplus store and even got some elk fur, man, those animals really just don't care if I'm there or not, other people are another story! blaugh rolleyes on the way back we saw some more elk and stood and watched them for a bit, four mothers at the bottom of the hill and four little elk running up and down the rocky hill, jumping all around and what not, they were so cute! 3nodding we walked back and went back to watching the fish jump and the geese fly close till we got back to the campsite, then as a family we all headed down to watch the orientation on wolves, it was interesting, mostly review but I still enjoyed it, i like hearing how other people present things. When the presentation was over, me and Tony got to go to the campsite by our self, surprise surprise we got lost! rolleyes So since it was a10 at night, the bathroom lights were on, so I was like, 'Look! A light!' so we followed the light to a restroom, but it was a different one then the one by our campsite, so then I said "look a light' again! blaugh We pretty much wondered from bathroom light to bathroom light till we found the one by our campsite! HUZZA! So when we got there we were alone, so Tony and I hide in the tent till we heard mom and dad coming, but, ever since I was little, when I am hiding from a close friend or family member, I laugh when I hide, like I smile and laugh when I lie, and hiding like that feels like lieing, so I laughs, Tony started kicking me as I laugh and curled up in a ball laughing some more! blaugh Oh well, after that we just kind of went to sleep, so yup! ^^ Day three! blaugh
Day four!
later that day we got to go to the Old faithful geyser, as soon as we got up to the geyser, it started to rain, but it looked like a light rain, so we started to walk down the path, as we got to the first fork, it started to hail, so we had to turn back, mother and dad took Barry for shelter, as tony and I skipped around in the hail as people under trees and shelters gave us weird looks blaugh it was fun! 3nodding Only thing was that somehow the hail hit me in the eye twice o.O other then that though, it was pretty fun! since it was hailing, the geyser was pretty lonely, so Tony and I skipped up there and waited for it to go off, as we did a fuzzy bee? thing flew up to us, I grabbed it and then a piece of hail hit it! eek So it stung and bit me! gonk It kind of hurt, but I didn't say anything, I hid my hand as we went back to the car, but Tony tired to tell mother, it took three tries for it to register, and when it did she started going all weird on me, she asked to see my hand, I showed it to her, by now it was pretty swollen up, and she wanted to take me to the medical center, I just told her to give me tweezers to take it out, I had to finally carve a chunk of my skin out since it was a big stinger and my hand was swollen and mother kept saying she was going to take me to the medical center, so when she wasn't looking, I took out one of my knives and carved out a chunk and got the stinger out, it didn't hurt, or at least I didn't say it did! xp So my hand is kind of swollen.. sweatdrop and since it was so .... large.. and red, little Barry though I was going to die o.o; he got all sad and depressed and started to cry, saying he was going to miss me and he remembered all the good times we had, he even started to tell me about them, like all the times we played togeather or talked and all the nights he slept on my bed when I slept on the ground and how I always protect him from Tony, and what is he going to do now, he even begged me not to die, I tried to tell him, and mother tried to tell him it was just a little poison, little Barry got mad and said she didn't care and I was going to die... o.O I'm glad he cares that much about me.. sweatdrop finally he had me put some bandages on it, so after that I sat in the car for a bit while dad and Tony went for a short walk on one of the trails, Barry and I had nutella sandwiches! blaugh after that we drove around for a bit till we found a geyser river, and since it was raining and it didn't look that nice, I didn't want to swim in it, but dad and Tony did, so they drove mother, Barry, and me back to the campsite, I told mother to get the fire starter, she said we had it, and as soon as they drove off and we started to set up for a fire, mother found out we didn't have a fire starter! rolleyes I pulled the whole 'mother bear' thing and got her to ask the people in the campsite next to us to borrow a fire starter, the people next to us were nice and came to help us start the fire, we started talking about agriculture and whatnot and turns out they help fun a troubled children school, (we should send Tony there! blaugh ) after they helped us ge the fire started I went to go sit in the restroom to charge my laptop, I met a nice lady who lived near Idaho Falls, so we chatted for a bit, but most people just gave me a funny look! blaugh You meet a lot of interesting people in a girls restroom at Yellowstone national park o.O after that I don't remember what I did, we most likely had a big fire and Tony and I walked around.. Another day at an end! blaugh
Day five!
Okay, this morning Tony and I got in a fight cause he stepped with his muddy feet all over my car seat and books, so I told him to stop it, he got mad so he jumped in the car and started throwing my AP books and reading books onto the dirt floor, along with my pillows and everything else, so I got mad (of course) and told him to stop, he didn't and mother and dad didn't care, so I finally got enough, but that was when he threw my steel pipe out the back, so I picked it up and got ready to hit him, but before I could, he curled up in a ball and started crying and screaming, so Dad took my pipe away and I got in trouble, so I got the back seat, witch I am okay with I guess. Yet when we got down the road, dad took us out for a talk, but when he stared talking, Tony got mad, yelled, and walked away, Dad didn't stop him, just turned to me and started to lecture me instead, so Tony got out of that one! mad then we got back into the car, mother said she wanted to rent a car and take me and Barry back, since she has had enough of Tony, so then dad took just Tony for a walk, came back, and took me out too, I got in trouble for not 'respecting him and his emotions' and had my stuff taken away, Tony got Internet and a bunch of other sh** for 'talking about it' so I finally had enough and threatened to kill him, I don't like getting mad so I went for a 'walk' I walked into bear country for about 5? miles, till dad finally caught up and told me to stop, I asked why, he said it was bear country, I said I had a rock and showed him a big rock that I had picked up and put in my pocket, he said 'Well what about me? I don't have a rock?' so I slowed down and we walked for about another mile till we started to walk back, dad promised to get me a lock for my door to stop Tony for stealing from my room, so I guess that works out.. We drove around for a bit and got to see some more geysers, we also got to see a pack of wolves! ^^ YA! *dances* After that we saw a ton of bison and elk, till we got to "old faithful' we walked for a bit and the 'castle geyser' was going off like crazy, it was fun to watch, we walked around some more, and took lots of picks of the pretty colors! blaugh When we were walking, Tony and I got bored, and since there was a lot of people talking funny languages that didn't even sound real, Tony and I made up are own language! blaugh I mixed my answers with 'Romoj' (from Asia) and Tony used basic Japanese, (since we both know a little bit from A LOT of languages) so everytime we saw some people that look gullible, we would talk in are new language, they would just look at us weird for a second, then when we looked at them, they would smile and be all friendly, it was fun! ^^ After that we went back to camp, got are swim suits, and went out to the geyser river, it was suppose to be warm from the geysers, but it was freezing cold! mad it was still a rapid, so we fought to swim up stream till we got to a little waterfall and jumped in, it wasnt that big, or that fun, so after doing that twice I just got out and sat in the car with mother a Barry till dad and tony were done. I read to little Barry from my A.P. book, I taught him some of the definitions, so now he knows 'water-stressed' 'bionic' and those kinds of words, and he's onlysix! blaugh After that we went back to the campsite to start a fire and warm up, big fire! blaugh Since it was are last night in Yellowstone, we got to use all are wood, but that wasn't enough for tony and me, so dad gave us a twenty and Tony and I walked to the front office to buy some firewood, we got to boxes and started walking, before we even finished A loop, Tony was way behind, and our campsite was on E loop. :rolls: Lucky for my I have good luck, so after A, B, and C loop, an older lady and man in a golf cart asked me where I was going, I let them know, and they said they were going to take my box of firewood to the campsite fore me! heart Ya! So we lite it up and had a huge fire! heart

later, since there was this guy that kept walking by are campsite and looking at me, it was kind of apparent, so I guess he was bored and didn't have any brothers or sisters to bug at his campsite, so when he came around again, I asked mother if I could go for a walk, she said yes, but Tony jumped for it to and we both went for a walk, yet Tony walked the other way, so I didn't get to meet him, but we walked around and got sort of lost, and just wondered around in the dark. So then we just kind of sat around the campsite and hanged out with each other till we had to go to sleep around 12 or something, since we were packing everything up in the morning, so woof!
Day six! W00t!
Okay, today we got up early >.< and packed up the tent, since this was our third day in Yellowstone, so we had to roll it up twice, sweep it a bunch, and roll, reroll, reroll again, and what not till we were finally able to shove it all into the bag blaugh so after we packed up the car I got in the back next to the luggage and we started are way out to Historia, we went out the North gate, which took longer, but it was special so ya, woof. When we got to Bozeman, Montana, they had a museum for their university, so we decided to go check it out... It took us quite a bit of driving and exploring to finally find the museum.. It was nice and all, they had lots of dinosaur bones, the had what was the worlds 'First life sized bronze statue of a t Rex' as they said, and the 'worlds largest T-Rex skull' but then again, they had 'king tuts body and many treasure from his tomb' so all the signs read 'this ____ was found in King tuts tomb and ____' yet only after leaving the museum and looking it up did I find out that they were just a traveling set, not the museums and what not, they acted like they found everything and found out all there secrets... lies.. stare It was still a good exhibit though, and it let me practice my Egyptian without my book, so woof. After that we drove and Aunt Janet, (who lives in Washington) called and wanted us to meet her in Astoria, which is nice and all, but we haven't showered for three days. So dad promised us that we would get a hotel at 5 and clean up and rest when we got near Washington. we didn't. We finally got a hotel at 8:33 in Ritzville, Washington. Hotel la Quinta, which is a nice hotel and all, it has a 'Zips' food place across the street, they have good food! ^^ So ya, Washington is where my elephant came from Ellie came from! ^^ That's not how I spell it, but that's how it sounds. Aunt Janet got me Ellie from Washington and gave it to me when I was one! And now I'm sixteen and she's back! blaugh Yes I still carry around my stuffed animal! Got a problem with it? I also carry around a steel pipe tied on the inside of my leg! mad , anyway. So yup, now to catch up on the days I didn't type! sweatdrop
Day seven!
Today was bridge day, we drove over a lot of bridges, on the way we saw a fire, it was odd though since none of the animals were responding and there was like, not fire that could be seen, but smoke seemed to be coming from the rocks, holes in the ground, and the TOP half of clean cut tree trunks, saw no people except a helicopter once that was equipped for fighting fires, when I asked my family about it later they said they didn't see anything, it's getting smokey.... We finally got to Astoria and the people in control of the rooms got our request mixed up and gave us three rooms! eek My mother was pissed at this and demanded only one, the lady wokring there was a bish and would't work with us! mad she said the manager sent something confurming this, yet when we checked, it was how we wanted it, she said to talk to the manager, and when we tried to she said the manager wasin't in, I glared at her and did a few posses that showed some of my concealed weapons, and after that she kept tring to suck up to mom.. bish... after that we went to the pig and pancakes, I didn't like it, and after that we picked up Great Aunt Janet from her hotel and went to the pizza place for some milkshakes, chatted, and had fun. day eight! ^^
this morning we woke up at the Holiday Inn express in Astoria, it was nice to wake up to the view of the Colorado river like that, but I went straight for my laptop blaugh after we got ready and everything we got breakfast and went to pick up our great Aunt Janet from her hotel, then we went to Saint Mary star of the sea church. It was nice, when we went there in the morning, we were half an hour early so we said the rosary with the rest of the people there, the guy who said it was monotone and didn't seem to care, it was just so.. dry... but I still enjoyed saying the rosary, since our church in Brawley doesnt do that. it was a beautiful church and it was a great ceremony, they had two ladies singing, one of them also playing the piano and they did a great jog, both had a lovely voice and it was very enjoyable to hear them, they sang some things we said, and said some things we sang, but other then that the church was pretty much the same. It was kind of, I don't know how to say it, but it was, to see different people I have never seen before move and act in a way I am so familiar with, it caught me off guard though when at the beginning, he was 'Greet are celebrants' In Brawley, we stand up and prepare to start and for them to walk down the aisle, at Mary's, everyone shook hands and greeted each other before preparing.

So after church we drove to cape disappointment, at the front the train said '.75' after about half of that we came to a sigh that said '6 miles till Cape disappointment' xp that's nothing for me, but it was funny! xp it was a fun path, and if you ran off past the 'danger, firing range' signs, there were lots of fun, abandoned building to play in! xd . After that we went to the Lewis and Clark interpreted center. It was okay, more of a summery if you didn't know anything about the Lewis and Clark and you didn't want to know a lot, just a couple of dates of when they were where, they left out a LOT of common knowledge and such. It was okay though. After that Tony and I went ahead to look for the care.

Okay so after that we drove, oh and I keep leaving this out, but the whole time I sat in the back with the luggage, AND I was crammed in with little Barry.. stare I had No room, since I gave it all to him, oh well. So ya, after that we drove to the Columbia River maritime Museum, we have been there before it it is a very good museum, I love how they set up the maps and exhibits. 3nodding It was very enjoyable, I love looking at maps of any type. I kind of took little Barry around for a bit to. So after that we looked around the shop and I got chocolate! ^^ It was some of that 'extreme exotic; kind, the 25$ a bar stuff, but it had a pretty wrapper! gonk blaugh And so we turn are clockwork oranges
So after that we went to the Genoes pizza again, I love that place! blaugh This time when we ate there we had pizza, but since Aunt Janet is a vegan and thy mixed up the order and have the parents a pizza with ham on it xp so Tony, Barry, and I just sat there and waited, but as we did the blond waiter came up and started talking to me and told me some stuff, and told her to let her know when I am leaving to show me, yet the parents were kind of distracted, so after a few minutes she came by and I followed her, another man came to, we walked about and she showed us the house they used to film the goonies in a such, by the time I got back, the parents didn't even notice I was gone! o.O? So ya, after that we walked around some more, we went by a store the was closing and they had dress shoes for a dollar! eek I got two pairs, nice ones to! 3nodding and then found a used book store, they only had four dragonlance books, each I had, and dad wouldn't let me get a Latin books cry So I didn't get any books there, turns out when we were there Tony and mom went to a music store and when they did some boys tried to call Tony over and start trouble, I was all for going over there with dad and beating them with the steel pipe I carry around tied to my leg, but mom and Aunt Janet were going of to an herb store, and dad said he would let me beat them to much, as soon as it was apernt I was winning he was going to break it up, no fun, so I went with mom and Aunt Janet to the herb store and let dad and Tony work it out themselves cry so we went to a herb store called 'gypsies whimsy' It was nice and guess what? tune our tick and turn our time THEY HAD SKULLCAP! :bit: YA! Finally! I am so going back to that store next time I come here! 3nodding After that we went back to Genoes and had some milkshakes and sat and chatted, after that we dropped off Aunt Janet and went to Safeway, then went back to the hotel, we sat around for a bit till Dad finally agreed to go for a walk with me, we walked along the Colorado river till we walked into town a bit, we walked back and hanged out in the hotel as I was on my laptop till like, 10, and mother and dad just sat by the window and watched the river/ocean. It made them happy. So after that, we just zonked out 3nodding so day eight! blaugh
Day nine!
Okay today we woke up in the holiday inn express again, went down for breakfast, and I got to go up early and hang out in the Hotel room by myself for a bit. After that we all packed and Tony was being annoying, so Dad and I went ahead, at the elevator we got separated and I had to go up to the fourth floor with a weird lady, she was making fun of my stuffed elephant and treating me like an eight year old. I just smiled and tried to be nice, slowly checking all my concealed weapons to make sure they were in place rolleyes on the way down I got back with them and out to the car for another long road trip. Tony was so ecstatic that we went by 'Rock away beach' The one the Ramones sing about rolleyes so they went out to take pictures.....After a bit we found a nice beach to hang out on, so we had some lunch then set out! It was very foggy, like take thirty steps and you can't see where you started! So Tony and I got ahead and ran around till Mother, dad, and Barry caught up, by this time Tony though it would be funny to throw some seaweed at my face. It got all over my hair and face, so I chased him down with some seaweed and hit his leg with it, a swore revenge for later! blaugh so we walked down the shore and looked for seashells, we started to find some large jelly like blobs, soon we found out they were a weird type of jellyfish! They were hugs! big as my head, some bigger, so I started using some seaweed to pick them up in and throw them back in when ever I cam across one. Tony came back with a big wooded block he had found, and I got a lot of cool sea shells, after a bit of walking up and down and munching on some good seaweed I found, we had to turn back, as we did I found a big piece of seaweed and dragged it around, mom said she had a picture of her American grandfather dragging a big piece of seaweed behind him and it reminded her of him... As I was walking down the beach by my self I started to think about Travis, man I miss him cry even though we had only been togeather for two weeks before the trip, I just got so attached to him, he's just so different, I mean...After a bit of walking dad caught up and he had some seaweed to! I don't know how it started, but we got in a big seaweed fight! blaugh It was fun!, messy, but fun! 3nodding mother and Barry were at the top of the shore picking up crab parts, and soon Tony thought it would be funny when I dropped my seaweed to pick it up and run off with it! So I chased him down and he said he would only give it back if I said I would not hit him, he wouldn't give it back, so I just charged him and took it, he got mad and started to throw rocks at me so I just hit him across the side with it, he got pissed and cussed me off the whole way back, I didn't care, I'm use to it, so dad and I got in a few more sea weed fights and soon we all cleaned off a bit, put are seashells in are bag, and jumped into the car. We drove for a bit and I notice a lot of hitchhikers, it would be fun one day to just get a truck and drive around giving them rides at the cost of a story or something, in fact I wouldn't mind doing it my self, what would my friends think though? Having six cars and choosing to hitch hick! blaugh One guy was joking and showing his legs, his friend was just doing the crazy hand gesture blaugh OH! And then we were talking about pirates, and then the Noriega pirates and mom mad dad talk like a norwegian pirate! blaugh It was so funny! I have it of film blaugh soon we found a good hotel, Wild River Motor Lodge in Brooking Oregon, we found a really nice room for only 170, the room was very nice and they had great service, I would definitely recommend them 3nodding we ordered pizza and just watched some western movies after a nice shower, I was pretty much on my laptop till 11 blaugh after that was a nice, soft, warm bed! blaugh
day ten!
Today we woke up in the hotel and Dad mooch up some more of my computer hours blaugh then we drove for a bit, since the redwoods weren't far, mom ran into a dollar tree and I got a giant tootsie roll blaugh We were suppose to go to the Eel River brewery and restaurant, but tony was being a jerk so we didn't get to go stare we got to are campsite early and set up tent, surprise surprise, Tony disappeared as soon as we had to set up rolleyes The people next to us had an extra tub of ice cream and some berries and gave them to us! heart Ice cream! blaugh After that Tony and I just wandered around camp and went near eel river, then got back. Tony and I walked from campsite 35 to the front to buy some firewood, some guys and a nurse were making fun of Tony (for good reason) cause he was making me carry all the wood cause his arm was 'broken' rolleyes He got it out of the cast a long time ago.. So then I carried my bundle, went back, and picked up the one Tony was dragging and ran off with it back to camp blaugh Then as a family we all hiked down to the river, Tony and I staid at the river while mom and them hiked farther, when they came back, we hide behind a bush and Tony almost got hit with a flieg rock blaugh then tony pretended he was hit and hiked back to camp, mother, dad, and Barry stayed at the rive rand I went off to pick some berry's, I got a bunch, then we went back to camp, roasted marshmallows for a bit, had some roasted pizza and then I had a nutella sandwich blaugh (man I'm fat blaugh ) and then I turned in for sleep, I know I skipped a lot, but I can't remember a lot sweatdrop woof!
Day 11!
Okay, today we woke up in out tent and had to leave early to find a good beach. We found a REALLY foggy one, we had to hike through a ton of sand before finding a beach! blaugh I got a huge feather and some bones and sand dollars, they said the beach had fleas on it, but we didn't have a problem. I got ahead of the family and when I was going through the fog I saw what I thought was a dog at first, but then it was a bird! I seriously said 's**t' out loud it was so huge! I have seen bald eagles and giant buzzards, but this black guy was huge! He just kind of eyed me, he made a cawing sound, I replied, and this went of for a bit just he hoped up to me, looked at me, I stared and talked back to him for a bit till I decided he probably was tired of being stared at, so I walked off, found the beach, and by then my family caught up, so we put a marker in the sand and started walking, there were a ton of sandollers, so mom had to use her shirt to hold them all, I found a big piece of seaweed to drag around and soon Barry found one. As soon as he did he started chasing Tony with it and hit him, Tony got pissed and ran off to the car, we just kept going for about an hour or two blaugh There were a ton of sandpipers and they just kind of ignored me and let me sit in between them and kept running up and down with the waves and piking the ground, when I started walking, a larger group flew over head and picked up that group, they flew in front of me and just sat there, they were so cute! 3nodding Little Barry found some more seaweed and we had a small seaweed fight, till i found an even bigger one, we then turned around and when we almost got back, we found a sharp toothed fish jaw and some barnacle, then we headed off to the car and drove to Eureka and found some used book stores! heart One was selling books for a dollar! eek So I got a bunch there, and the other had some good ones too, the lady though at the counter looked at my dad's BJ's shirt and said "I'm not impressed" ?!?!! WTF? she needs help I think. after that we went to Loleta's cheese factory then to the Eel river brewery and restaurant, I love that place! 3nodding It's funny thought since on the sampler plate they serve some light beers, my mother and dad only drink the syrup type, so when one ask for some they always hand them the lighters first and the other chugs it ands says something like "hm, thanks for the water, now can I have the beer I asked for?" It's like a game for them, then dad told her about the lady at the shop, we laughed, mom said she had some nerve and said we should get her, I offered the steel pipe that I carry around in my leg, she just laughed and said she didn't need it, she's a mother blaugh so I got a cheese burger, it was good 3nodding After that mother got sick so we went back to the tent where I sat in my little restroom rooms and charged my laptop a bit, after that we went and hiked founders grove and some other smaller trails, Tony and I kept going ahead and I would run for a mile and some and find a good trunk to climb, it's funny, when I jog with Travis, I can't go far, but as soon as there are roots and hills, rock and bushes to doge, I run like hell blaugh it's just more fun! 3nodding then we got back to the campsite and moms making burgers right now, I don't think I'm going to have any tonight...
Day 12, 13 , 14! blaugh
Okay, ya, I've been lazy, you can't blame me! gonk
Anyway, for these last three days I have been in Sacramento, where I was born! 3nodding SaC T0wN! blaugh anway for the 12, we were lazy adn slowly took down camp, since we had paid to be there another day and we were just leaving early, we were in no hurry, so we drove for a bit, on the way we noticed two older men waving 'Bring back the troops' sighns with a bunch of flags, It's amazing how just two people, and one hour of their life, could make such a change in someones or just simple create a memory for someone else, eh, sorry, running off into one of my psycological things again, sorry! sweatdrop anway, when we finally got to Sacramento and we went to grandmas house, Nola came over so we got to hang out with her for a bit, we got in our swimsuits to go swiming, but it was too cold to swim so we just sat and talked, but since it was late we were only able to talk for a bit since it was late and then I got to sleep under the dinning room table! blaugh YA! it was fun, kind of weird though, since Ken, the guy my grandmother married soon after my grandfathers death, at 10:13 at night I heard a loud sound and I didn't know what it was, it sounded like the T.V. was on, so I grabed my steel pipe and listened, it sounded like people screaming, and things breaking, I scanned the area and heard nothing near me so I got up and slowly slinked around, it was comming from the hall, but just to make sure I went to the room Tony was in to check, nothing, he said he heard it to, and didn't care, but you could tell he did. It was diffrent, it wasn't just screaming, it was something else, everything felt .... wrong... or was it just cause it was in out grandparents house? Where so many good memories came from, talking with grandpa or playing on the piano, playing with the toys my father and aunt had, and hearing laughter, now twisted and hauting, bellowing forth and danceing their detached dance of hollow memories and echos of though, raceing forth to our ears? I silently crept down the hall to the bright light, it was the computer room, I peeked in quick and there was Ken, with his face glowing by the eeire computer light in a twisted smile as the reporter on youtube spoke 'This twisted act,..horrific...disturbing .. slaughter.." I somehow felt it was about a car crash, Ken seemed to be laughing, I darted back and listened for a second as the reporter kept on ' ..mass slaugter...many lost...." I got a tighter grip on my steel pipe, feeling the cold steel against my cold skin, and silently walked back to the table, I got down in a crowtching postition and watched the hall, silence, it stoped, I listened, I heard what sounded like footsteps and a person being near, somewhere in the shadows, but I knew it was just my mind playing tricks and kept my ears and mind focuced on the hall, listening.. Silence... Soon screams came froth once again, sounds of death screams and death came forth from those small bright blue computer speakers, people screaming and begging for there life to be spared, laughter somewhere in it, yet the screaming dominating ... I held my pipe, findding a threat somewher ein this and waited, wondering why my grandma wasint doing anything, or anyone else, I held my ground long past the screams and computer lights went out, listening , watching the doorway by the kitchen and keeping an eye on my brothers door, waiting, at 12:13 my phone buzzed, I snatched it up and opened it, muting it for a second and listening.... Nothing, whoever didn't hear it, I turned the sound back on and put it near my ear.
"hello?"
"Ana, we need to talk.." Chris...
"Do you know what time it is?"
"No, I just called, we need to talk.."
"Not now Chris, I'm on vacation, I'm in Sacramento and it's 12 at night, remember, I can't talk on the phone past 7:30 unless it's an emergancy" *click*
I closed the phone and listened, nothing, I sat under the dinning room table and listened long into the night till somewhere, sometime, I drifted of into sleep...
