Picking up where I left off in my last entry, saturday morning rolled around. Something woke me up rather early I'm not sure if it was from my friend Alex walking around or I did it myself, regardless I woke up before nine when the original plan was ten. Oh well I took the time to go take a long shower and to get together my cosplay. Everyone dragged themself out of bed around ten and did the same as me. I was already ready and waiting to go. A few minutes earlier Alex and I went downstairs to eat the most expensive breakfast ever.
That'll teach us for sitting down and eating without finding out what it costs. Anyways, after that we went to the room and I got dressed in my cosplay, I had a couple pictures of me taken. Here, since I'm mentioning them I'll post it right here in the middle of my writing!
There you can get a taste with that one on how messy our room had become. After that I headed down with Alex to the Gaian Meetup. There was a few gaians waiting by a fountain and they all commented on my cosplay. I had my picture taken and discusses the rollback that just happened a while ago. Also we talked about if gambino was dead or not and on glitches with our avatars. It was pretty cool until I saw a guy I met last year, he was on my msn contact list for months before I went to Acen and then I met him at Acen 2004, but he never told me who he was at the time.
Several weeks or months later he IM's and asks about my girlfriend, then he tells me I'm lucky and he's gay and that he'd really enjoy it if I performed oral sex on him. Well, I blocked him of course. But it was funny seeing someone that did that to me online never expecting any real life consequences. I just made a vauge refrence to it to alex standing by me and nothing come from it. I thought it was pretty funny and we decided just to head out. Jacob showed up and we stood around for a few minutes before leaving. I did get a picture of me drawn by this girl which was pretty cool.
Afterwards we took off and walked around the con. A bunch of minor things happened we did start light saber battling with the toy light sabers they bought from walmart. That was pretty cool, we did that mostly around the pool for a long time. Then later in the day when we discovered the dealers room was closed we rode the escalators for a long time until finally settling down in a hall to fight each other for over an hour. This guy showed up at one point who was actually a swordsmen and kicked all our butts. sweatdrop
It was fun well we enjoyed walking around everyone and finally stayed around for the soap bubble, which was pretty much a giant dance. We had to wait out front on the ballroom before it opened but we formed a dancing circle and had fun with that. Well the dance opened and we went in. We danced pretty stupid for a while and then decided to form a train of people and ran about the dance, weaving in and out of the crowd. We did that for what seemed like 45 minutes. It was really fun some guy even pushed me once, I pushed him back and he went to push me when he recovered from nearly being knocked on his back. But the train was long gone by that time. I thought it was funny at least. Anyways we did lose alex in the crowd once. We had to go back inside to find him. Well after we were wore out from the dance we went ahead and went to a room party.
Someone invited us there earlier, it wasn't really that exciting but we hung out there playing this shocking game for a while. After that we wondered around until finally dropping dead in bed. It was a good day over all I had a blast.
